This location has become worse. Used to be one of the best! The last few times I have made a mobile order it is never ready. I usually arrive on time or a couple of minutes late. When they ask me if I am there for a mobile order they huff and puff. Seems that one employee does most work while the others stand in back or walk in circles. The one lonely employee is also not very fast and huffs and puffs. They even sometimes argue or complain in front of everyone.
Other issue is that I have noticed that some breads and ingredients are not available during lunch time. Such as the normal white Italian bread, which is there main staple. Weird! I will be chosing a different location further away just for these reasons.

Pleasantly surprised! I hadn’t gone into a subway in a minute and this place was clean and pristine! Both sandwich artists were very polite and patient ! Maybe I’ll make more stops at this subway!

Line was moving extremely slow. The workers weren’t wearing hair nets. When I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, they told me they steak was frozen so they couldn’t make it. So I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich instead. The woman proceeded to make me a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Once I finally got that situation sorted, the lady at the cash register didn’t know how to apply my coupon. And to top it al off, the ice machine didn’t work so I got a warm uncarbonated dr. Pepper. Worst experience I’ve had at any subway.

Consistently has turned into THE WORSE subway in Austin. The new hours say closed at 7pm but the doors are locked at 4pm on a Monday....with the "open" sign lit. This isn't the first time....probably won't be the last and this doesn't even talk about the absolutely poor service and limited ingredients on a daily basis

Ordering was a nightmare, I told them at least 5 times the guy making the sandwiches seemed very confused or STONED. He had no short term memory. Sorry if he is suffering from an accident or something, but was really frustrating. Sandwiches did finally turn out ok.

Amazing store,,, amazing staff,,, Called and needed some large sandwich trays for an Executive Business meeting. I called with only one hour notice,, they had only one Lady working the store,, but she got the order made by the time I needed it,, and had it all set for me,,, napkins, condiments, the works... Jennifer is an amazing employee and Collins just feel in love with her and subway.

Got here at 9:15 saturday night only to see they closed as soon as my car pulled in. Went up to the door to find the sticker for the closing hours on saturday had been ripped off. Would comment on the service or food but seeing as they closed early ill just assume the worst. I eould understand 10 or 5 kinutes but 45 minutes? What a joke.

Also why do you guys close at 9 when your sign says 10.. still rated you at 5 stars, I never actually get a 10% discount for plaza employee?? Then I shouldn't give your employees a discount either......?😶
