George's Pizza - Austin - Photo album

Ordered a Greek Salad and a medium pepperoni with extra sauce…Pizza looked horrible, was BARELY warm and looked OLD. Greek Salad had WAY too much oil, TWO TINY pieces of cheese, one TINY chunk of onion (that looked OLD) and they SHOOK IT IN THE CONTAINER TO MIX IT, the seasoning was CAKED to any veg
Grew up eating pizza here at the original location. Glad to see the original ovens still in use and that the pizzas are still made in the unique way since day one using the same delicious recipes for sauce and sausage.
Best pizza there is! My family has been going there since I was a kid. I love the thin crust and my favorite pizza is the House Soecial!
I grew up in Austin and now live in Ankeny, IA. Was in Austin for the day so ordered a half baked house special to take home and finish, that I picked up on the way out of town. Still the best pizza I ever had……..and there are some damn good pizzerias in Ankeny and Des Moines.
Pizza was delicious, price were good, service was quick and friendly. Will definitely be coming back.
Point of view from someone who is from Michigan just stopping by for a weekend who is well traveled and well versed in pizza... Holy wow. I got their house version of a Supreme pizza. It blew my socks off. It was hands down the best pizza I've ever had. The pizza was delivered hot and the thin crust
It is very sad that I have to write this review. What we ordered came with a tossed salad. We asked for French and Ranch as dressing. They gave us tartar and cocktail sauce. I'm tempted to drive over there and ask them to eat the salad with those sauces on it.
Mike makes the best pizza ever. Pay no mind to the crabby waitress.
