Review Ruby Gardens - Ava

Drive Thru staff is amazing! I asked her name I was so impressed with how well she handled an upset customer. I won’t post her name without her permission but B did so much better than I ever could, handling the outrageous attitude of a customer! These ladies are not in the kitchen and are not the reason your food is late!! They deal with angry customers all night and still handle themselves so professionally, give them a break!!

Terrible food. Noodles were a mess of some off tasting sauce and I’m not sure if they know that chicken isn’t the only protein available. Fried fish tasted like mud.. We won’t be back..

We always have a great lunch here. There is a large selection of main courses, both spicy and mild. We ate at 11:30 and all the food was hot and fresh. All of the dishes we had were very good. Although wait staff changes, the waitress/cashier there today was fantastic. She was quick, efficient, polite and kept all the tables cleared. This is one of the few Asian buffets I've eaten at that has an intentional, clear view of the kitchen. The fact that they show what most restaurants want to hide speaks well about them. We have always had a good experience and will be returning. I recommended everyone tries for themselves.

Ruby Garden has been one of my favorite restaurants in our area. Great food! I really missed this place through the covid shut down.....so happy it is open again!

Not too bad of a place to dine. A few changes could be made but all in all not bad. At least the hostess and waitresses are polite and on the ball.

The only thing worse than their food is their customer service. Completely ignored by staff while waiting at register to pay for cold, tasteless food. When I finally did get waited on the woman was extremely hateful. I honestly don’t know where they receive their training but manners and etiquette was not in the curriculum . Won’t waste time or money there again.

They just re-opened their dine in! First off the remodel is so so so cute! I love it, very charming! They didn’t have a lot of my favorites in food when we went. (not their fault - it was their grand opening and they’re very popular and very busy.) The staff is absolutely amazing, sweet, very attentive and just so eager to help. Ruby Garden can never disappoint us! Thanks you guys!

It shouldn't take an hour and a half to make 4 bowls of fried rice and a couple eggrolls. Which the eggrollls were cold and tasted awful. And the rice was not cooked all the way. Pretty sure i have food poisoning now, so thanks alot!!!
