Review Sonic Drive-in - Ava

My orders have always been correct, and my food and drinks tasty: creamy shakes, hot fries, crispy chicken.  Everything has been delivered to me appropriately, and generally with a smile. The employees can be very pleasant. As a side note, if you are having problems with your meal coming out right, use the app: you can customize in it, and the order goes straight to the kitchen. No speaker conversation confusion. I believe this is why I have had such success.

The girl cashier added MORE to my order AFTER I asked her to read back my order. NO I wasn't being a Karen, I was being nice, these people are handling my children's food. I can't afford for the servers to spit in my food. But adding on food items AFTER I made sure? Wow. However, the poor guy named David who brought it to me was sweet and completely flustered and it was NOT his fault. The girl was rude and obviously has moral and ethical problems. Sonic, you need to be careful who you hire and make they're honest. I won't be going back to this location again. Which is inconvenient. It's only one of the few places to eat.

Usually they are very good and efficient. Lately the food isn't very good. And this morning they totally messed up my burger. I asked for mayo on it and no onions. They gave me "only" mayo and nothing else. I could've just gone to McDonald's for this kind of service, and paid less. It is truly sad.

On March 27 2022 at 7.39 pm we went to order from the patio speaker the young lady who worked was very snotty and rude I will not eat there again If they can not have respectful people work then they should reconsider who they hire it will cause sonic to loose customers

I went to get drinks around 10 o’clock. I hit the red button, but nobody answered. My wife and I waited over ten minutes before we finally left. Your servers need to at least have the curtesy to acknowledge customers who are waiting. I definitely won’t recommend this location.

Good food for fastfood. Quick service

Went on a saturday around 5 pm. It was busy but not crazy. Ordered , waited approx 10 minutes, soon a carhop came out with a route 44 limeade . We had ordered a shake, a sonic blast and an ice cream cone. She apologized and we waited 10 more minutes. We hit the order button, (stall #8) waited another 5 minutes, no response. Finally gave up and went through the drive threw. Coming threw I could see the order light still flashing on our stall. Ordered again, ultimately the order was wrong and all in all took to long and no response at the stall. This wont stop me from going to this sonic though , hopefully it was just a bad night.

Traveled from Idaho for a family reunion. Thankful to have a place I'm accustomed to. Me and the kids got vanilla root beers and moz sticks! what a great treat!!!! service was top notch!
