Review Mcdonald's - Ava

In general, over the years, I have to say that staff here have truly been quite kind and actually friendly. If you engage them, odds are good, they will talk with you. The restaurant has stations that allow you to order on your own. You can also order on the app. Either way, your order number appears on a screen and you can watch it move up the list. The food here has always met McDonald's standards, although I recently found that their frozen Cokes are more frozen air than Coke. Pretty disappointing. This is one of my nephew's favorite places to go for breakfast, and we always feel comfortable inside. Every morning my father stops in for his coffee ☕️ and he's never disappointed at the quality. Now that it is post heavy COVID they have had some staffing issues, but it hasn't seemed to have had an effect on service.

Expect a lengthy wait if dining in. Quarter pounder was pathetically dressed with toppings and appearance was very sloppy. Nuggets were decent and fries were fairly fresh. Not the cleanest interior and when someone spilled a drink, management did nothing to clean it up for a good 5-10 minutes.

I absolutely HATE this place. Wish Ava would get a Burger King.

Horrible staff and service. Orders are almost always wrong and it looks like they play catch with the sandwiches before they put them in the bag.. Yet, they won't hire quality people nor fire the staff with poor attitude and work ethic.. get it together because I'm convinced this is the worst McDonalds in the state

Bathrooms were nasty. Food was not great. Wait time was very long. We could have went to a nice restaurant ordered and ate for less money and less wait.

Everytime we go they get our order wrong, we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for our food and the service isn't that great. We pretty much don't go to this McDonalds we try to go to the next town over.

This has to be the sloest McDonalds around ot took 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru with 6 cars. The nuggets were old. In incredibly slow.

McDonalds is great to feed the kids fast and it's what they want but my issue is..............if you have an app and it's not gonna work properly chuck it and dont offer curbside service and then say well you need to come inside. That's the whole reason I use the app is to have it brought to me.
