Lobster bisque, Lobster roll was good! Would suggest ordering the Clam Chowder without the bread since it will soak up all our chowder. Fish and chips were average. Great service and atmosphere.

The Lobster Trap was a great place to dine at the island. We were lucky enough to get there before the dinner rush. We had to wait a short time but no more than 15 minutes. The restaurant is not very big and seems to be popular, so i suggest making plans to be there for a while. The food was delicious, and even though it was a seafood restaurant, I had food envy and had to order the steak, which was REALLY good. My other son had the seafood pasta and devoured it. If you are on the island, make plans to eat at the LOBSTER TRAP.

Cute spot with good food. We ordered the garlic cheese curds and a Caesar salad to start, both were delicious and perfect for sharing. Had the lobster roll for dinner and it was excellent. Warm toasty bun, generous amount of lobster and the tarragon sauce added such a good flavor.

Cute little spot we ate at after our bus tour. Conveniently located across the street from the parking lot of the tour buses. Service was great food was spectacular. The Catalina pier was straight down street from it.

Delicious food with wonderful service. My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary here and we were not disappointed. We even came back again the next day. We had a wonderful waiter and I would definitely go back if back in town

The absolute best Mojitos served on the island! Food is great as well as the atmosphere. But them mojitos though, perfect. Visited multiple times out of the week we stayed here and the mojitos held their spot at the top. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you love mojitos and don’t want to be disappointed by one anywhere else on the island!

Cute hole in the wall spot. Customer service was very good. Friendly, knowledgeable of menu, and attentive without it being bothersome. Ordered jalapeno poppers, bacon wrapped scallops, lobster tacos, and a chicken Caesar salad. All were very delicious and fresh. Was a bit dark in the interior but it looked very clean.

The food was great. The fried shrimp tacos were delicious. The stuffed lobster was also delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is good. They have a lot of cool stuff around and the little dining area that looks like a boat is nice. The servers and busser were all great. It took a little time for someone to come and take our order, but it wasn't terrible. The only issue would be how small it is inside. Overall it's a good place to get a bite to eat.

What a great experience! Not only is the service great here (our waitress was so nice and very attentive) but the FOOD! I had the clam chowder bread bowl... The chowder is perfect and the bread was just as good. This was mine and my husband's first time in Catalina and we definitely will be returning to the Lobster Trap if we make another trip out to the island!

Our first stop at Catalina Island. Man! We’re fed good food! Everything was fresh and well-cooked. We ordered oysters, calamari, fish and chips, seafood combo, and shrimp scampi. The ambiance was vibrant and good for family meals. Background music was not too loud that will prevent you from talking to each other. The servers were the best! They followed instructions and even helped us finding our way around Avalon. Bonus is you get to keep your drinking cup as souvenir!

Although this is not a fancy restaurant, I give it 5 stars for the quick service and great food . It was recommended by a local and we stopped by for lunch. We ordered a beer, New England clam chowder in a bread bowl and fish and chips . They all were delicious. Highly recommended if you are on the Catalina Island.

Atmosphere was good. Island is relaxing. Tacos need just a lil more seasoning. Would go back and try more things.

Super tasty! Super nice server and AMAZING fries! Even had to ask what seasoning they used, and asked for more. (Lawry's w pepper and salt) Pricey, but worth it! The atmosphere was great, too. Will totally go back if I'm back in Catalina!

We were told that the kitchen closed at 9:30 pm, which was good to know because not many restaurants were open (and late) during off-season. We each had a cup of lobster bisque as starters, bacon-wrapped scallops and sea bass with garlic mushroom as entrees. The portion is big, with rice pilaf and mixed vegetables. The bisque and the mushroom sauce both were a bit on the salty side, but in general the food was good. Our waiter was pleasant and smiling.

FANTASTIC FOOD! Came here after reading a few reviews about their lobster roll. It certainly did not disappoint! The lobster roll was filled with chunks of fresh, flavorful lobster 🦞. The buns were buttery and tasted like they were straight out of the oven. Do come during lobster season! I promise you won't regret it! My friend got lobster tacos and they were just as good. The staff were attentive and friendly. I

Walked into this restaurant right when they opened at 11AM and we were promptly seated. We wasted no time and ordered their lobster roll (yes this comes in a bun) with a side of fries, coconut shrimp, poke & crab cakes. We devoured their food. Everything tasted so fresh and it was delicious. Especially the lobster roll I highly recommend ordering that when you are here. Enjoyed their crab cakes and their coconut shrimp was my favorite. Crunchy on the outside with perfectly cooked shrimp on the inside. Their poke was good as well. All in all really enjoyed the seafood at this place on the island.
