Great food. They have two sizes of Pho. Small and large. I thought the small bowl was perfect. The broth was delicious. The brisket was perfect. Just add a little bit of the crushed chili peppers added the right amount of spice. They were slow. Just due to them being understaffed so be reasonable an
The dinner was great after a long day skiing. The food was awesome, although the broth was a little sweeter than expected; this was solved easily with additional lemon, jalapeño and / of sriracha. The service was fadt and friendly and yhe location did resemble an asian restauran full of locals. Will
Given the fact that there’s very limited choice of Asian food in the Vail area, I’ll give it a four star. The Pho is not bad but pretty average, based on my Asian standards. The broth is kind of too sweet and the cinnamon overpowers the beef flavor. And the beef carries some odd flavor - not my fav
Good location, big portions, fast service. Not the best pho you'll have in this life time but the other aspects of this business makes up for it 👍👍
Good option for Pho. Always consistently good along with the service for years. Definitely worth going.
Good Pho overall. While maybe not the most authentic I've had it was more than good enough for being in the rocky mountains. It's light on the cinnamon, anise, and spices if you have a sensitive stomach. Highly recommend this stop for the beef pho if you're looking to warm up.
Great pho, great Vietnamese coffee. Service was a bit slow when we were first seated but the pho and coffee came out quickly once we put in our order. Great takeout containers for the pho if you had to take part of it to-go/home. Nice, calm atmosphere. Had the Olympics on.
It was a quick lunch stop on my way from Glenwood Springs to Denver Airport, the Pho was good tasty soup and well done brisket. It was located in a nice neighborhood!
The pho is good, they make a well spiced broth. The wings are darn good. Egg rolls, meh. There's a lack of good Asian food in the valley in general, and this is actually one of the better places. Taking off one star because every time I've been in here, I sit at the bar. And every time, the bar is f
What to say about there food as usual is amazing something really different from ham burgers and steak.! Vast choices of food good ambiance even you can enjoy your lunch and dinner in patio.! Andrew and his friend they really did well .! Thanks for good experience
In addition to the cool name, the restaurant has an inviting chill vibe with friendly staff and fresh Vietnamese food. We really enjoy the rolls, especially the refreshing veggie rolls. The pho soup is decent, but be sure to ask for the special spicy sauce, which is the pride of the restaurant owner
Tons of food for the money. Vegetarian bowl was packed and the veggie spring rolls (2) were huge as well. Quick turnaround, 10-15 minutes for a takeout order on a Sunday night. $2 beers during happy hour 3-6 every day. Solid, healthy and local.
Love eating at Pho, my favs are the vietnamise egrolls and the well done brisket Pho. Big plates, not expensive at all, good food, its a really good comfort food. If i lived closer, i'd go almost every day
What a great find! Delish Pho, very nice service and terrifically priced to top it off. Will come back here lots!
On a cold snowy night, it’s a favorite of ours to order pho to go. Heat it up at home and enjoy a hot bowl of pho while watching a movie. ☺️ Most of the valley’s asian food is mediocre at best. This is the only place I go to regularly. It’s a simple asian place. Prices are fair. You come here for th
