Ordered a cookie dough milkshake. Zero cookie dough in it...only hard pieces of cookie at the top. Went and told them and lady was defensive saying the cookie dough was at the bottom. Thought maybe I was wrong. Dug some more zero cookie dough. Lady was rude.
