Good damn burger fries were tasty. Our waitress suggested a malt vinegar aioli to dip fries in - excellent. Our waitress was perfect. Not too much not too little. Yea I will be back.
First time here and loved it. Brian was our server and made great suggestions towards specific menu items. The buffalo cauliflower was a great starter and the chicken kebabs looked fantastic and tasted even better. Definitely will be back again.

Great food, better service! A glass broke on the floor at the table beside us and (unbelievably so) glass flew into/onto our table. The staff was immediately on top of it. Replaced our burgers and drinks immediately without question. They also gave us fries to eat while we waited for our burgers to be remade. Multiple people checked on us, and apologized for something no one had control over. You could definitely feel they cared about their customers. The burgers and drinks were amazing too! We will definitely be back!!
We stumbled upon this place while visiting Cleveland last week. The burgers are amazing! So good that we ate here two days in a row (all ordering the same thing as the day before). The Avon was truly the best burger I've ever eaten. My vegetarian son loved their version of the veggie burger and my 10 year old raved about the Heck's Junior. I would return to Cleveland for no other reason than to eat at Heck's Cafe.
Had been to Heck's for lunch shortly after they opened and the kitchen was extremely slow (as noted by another reviewer). Went back for dinner with a party of six, and the service was spot on by Sarah. Everyone raved about their meals. Slow service must be attributed to startup issues. Absolutely not an issue now.
Usually stop in once every couple of months. If you haven’t been lately, may be worth a try. The atmosphere is elevated a bit, food options are pretty good lately. Service was good. A little on the pricey side - I think was $14 for each lunch here. But feels higher end and a better experience than the other options in the area, like Melt and Red Robin. The burgers are great, soft and savory. Good spot, will be back soon.
My group of four had a great time at Heck's Cafe in Avon. I am so glad there is another location in Lorain County! The menu selection suits a wide variety of palates and preferences. The Baked Brie was super tasty and so too was the Spinach and Beet salad. My friend raved about the Fish 🌮 that she selected. Fantastic service as well!
Went for Sunday brunch a couple weeks back. Made reservations ahead, which I recommend as they were very busy. The hosts and servers were great! The bacon wrapped date appetizer was SO good! Very unique! The blueberry & brie burger was delicious, but be careful when it comes out because it was very hot and can burn your tongue if you jump in without some warning. Also very unique! The baklava french toast.... well... again DELICIOUS!!! We WILL be returning!
My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience on Saturday June 4. Marissa was our server and she delivered a human charm while waiting on us that was certainly top class. The food delivered a great taste experience especially the lamb lollipops. The burgers were prepared as requested and I highly recommend the dining experience. Marissa was personable spending quality time recommending cafe favorites. She was delightful and made us feel like family and that type of service is unparalleled. Dine here and ask for Marissa.
The waitress was amazing, Noelia took great care of us. I ordered the Hot Fire Burger. It was very good but I wish it had a little more season to it. We ate on the patio which was very nice on this pleasent summer evening. Overall a nice experience.
