Food wasn't that good. The burritos we bought wasn't what we expected. Service was Ok. She wasn't really all there like she didn't wanted to be there. Tables were dirty not clean. We had to clean our table.
The breakfast burritos 🌯 fire 🔥 tamales are on point ..this place is not as good as the original Carolinas on the east side.. just a new building..but it will work.. not to many good restaurants on this of town..
The dine-in area was closed, so everything was to-go. I think I had the #9 which was two beef tacos and rice and beans. Everything was hot and those crunchy taco shells held together great and were loaded with fillings.
Amazing food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. I got the beef flauta combo along with the house-made corn tortilla chips and guacamole.

Only downside for me is they open really late.
Otherwise I’d be in here a few times a week.
Breakfast burritos are delicious. Can’t wait to try other items on the menu.
Employees there are great! Very pleasant & kind. Service was fast & efficient. Food was yummy!
Always great food. This one is a little different than the other locations though. They do not have a nice big menu and they do not have kids menus. They give you two salsa's and charge if you would like more. The other locations do not do this. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean.
We visit Carolina's in Avondale and always order #16. Beef chimichanga with red sauce, rice, beans, guacamole, and sour cream. Plus a bag of chips. It's so good! Tamales too!
First time to Carolina’s. Food was great! Fresh high quality ingredients will keep me coming back.
One of my favorite Mexican places in the Phoenix area. It's fast food but it's so good because they make everything in-house. I recommend Carolinas to everyone and try and go twice a month
Great food and great service. I like their Phoenix location but I think I love this location. Its better in everyway; cleaner, more spacious, modern, and friendlier staff. This place will soon become a local favorite much like the other location in Phoenix with expectional tasting food.
