I was in here the other day. A sandwich order got messed up. The manager made a fresh sandwich, also gave a coupon for another sandwich & thanked her for allowing them to fix the mistake. THANKS! THATS HOW YOU KEEP CUSTOMERS, THATS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE!
Every time I’ve been here the food is fire and the service is pretty good. The food stays fresh on my drive home as well. This patty melt so good make you wanna slap yo momma.
The graveyard drive thru guy was great. He was friendly and had us laughing with some great jokes!! He definitely made sure our order was fresh n hot n so delicious!! Biscuits and gravy with fresh out the oven biscuits so 🔥
I love my job so much. I love all of my co-workers. It is such a great atmosphere and very family oriented. We keep this restaurant very clean and friendly and fast service with fresh food every time
Just ate there Tuesday 10th October. This place was impressive, and what I mean by that is that the building inside and out was clean, the restrooms were clean, the dining room was clean, the soda fountain and service station (straws and lids) were clean. Now, the food was hot and fresh and amazing, my first pattymelt from Whataburger, and it certainly won't be my last. The most impressive thing that sealed the experience and this review was THE SERVICE. "Damien" is a solid employee. He's polite, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic about the brand and the product. This is huge, I worked fast food and having an employee with a good attitude is huge. Keep up the good work and give this Whataburger restaurant a try!
All the employees were super nice. Every time we visit family in Arizon, I always bring back Burgers 🍔 and we all love them.

I like to come here as they are the only business that sells legitimate malts. I want my children to know what these are! Their hamburgers are not insanely special although they certainly pass an average test( on hamburgers! ).
Aside from the aforementioned chocolate malt- the kids enjoy it.
Whataburger is always great. Today was no exception. My burger was fresh, hot and delicious. And the banana pudding milkshake was out of this world. I drove an hour to get it. It was that delicious and so worth it.
After having a hard day at work and working a 12 hr shift ..I came at 2am to this whataburger ..the guy who took my order (David) provided me the best customer service I've ever experienced..he went above and beyond and made my bad day good ..my whole attitude changed..more restaurants and people need to learn from him..amazing experience
Everyone seemed to be happy working here which is not the norm anymore. Damien went above & beyond. He truly is a people person & has great customer service skills. He is an asset to the company for sure! Thanks Damien!
