Yummy flavors. My favorite is the smores but there all good...definitely recommend...staff is always friendly... :-)

Great flavors as always! They do get new flavors to always keep things new and exciting. The fruit topping side is a little small and without several toppings I'm use to, but it is still nice and gets the job done.
First off I'd like to mention the service, it was fantastic! The man greeted us in a energetic way that it just lifted our spirits. After we got our yogurt we were pleasently surprised to find the area clean for once. As we sat down we saw the man keeping the place tidy and hygienic. Would definitely reccomend coming to all incoming visitors; a good experience with this worker.
My children and I enjoy the yogurt bar, however the customer service isn't always up to par.
There was a time the cashier didn't greet me or my family or even speak. They only spoke when it was time to pay. And then they walked away to the back and never returned. Their demeanor was of disinterest for the customer and their job.
Customer service goes a long way for a business.
Other than this, the yogurt bar was fine.
The gentleman working at the menchies tonight always gives the best customer service! I also noticed that every time he is here, the store is super clean and all condiments are full ! Thanks Darian!
Great spot, awesome frozen yogurt, best flavors and toppings. Can't go wrong if you're stopping in. Clean environment especially with the current situation. Employee was nice, but very quiet, and we had to wait about 5 minutes at an empty counter waiting to pay until he came out from the back and noticed us. Not a deal breaker tho, definitely be back. Thumbs up!
The place did not have as many flavors or toppings as normal. Clerk had her boyfriend hanging out with her. Topping bar was half empty and dried out. You could tell the staff did not care. Product was tasty as usual, however the establishment could use some better more attentive staff.
This location is always clean and staffs here are friendly. We really enjoy their tart flavor frozen yogurt. Their frozen yogurt is always consistent, it is always creamy and never liquidity. It’s awesome that they have deals on certain days like buy one get one free or buy one get one half off! I would recommend this location of menchies frozen yogurt
The girl was working the counter by herself and very sweet to us. Let us use our coupon with no problem. Gloves are given to customers before putting their yogurt together for safety. Other customers were using all the chairs so one of us had to stand, and the girl working noticed and brought us another chair. A great experience and a great treat!
My favorite frozen yogurt place especially love the flavors that they have, constantly trying new ones. They have a good selection of toppings too! If you download their app you get $5 off and Verizon UP local rewards has coupons for them too
There was a wide variety of flavors, but they were mostly typical flavors you would expect. However, they did have a seasonal flavor that blew me away. The pumpkin pecan pralean swirl was the best match up I have tried in years. I would prefer more diversity in the flavors but overall I enjoyed my visit.
I came in last week as a first timer and I have to say it was a really nice clean place . The yogurt taste amazing and there are so many toppings to choose from ! The cashier Ethan was super friendly as well. I will start coming here more often ! (:

This is probably the best yogurt places ever. First of all I loved the sample ideas because nobody wants to waste money on something they don’t like . And secondly I got a whole cup with lots of toppings that I thought was gonna be at leas &10 and it ended up being about $4😁
Friendly helpful staff, clean and very well stocked. This Menchies location has a variety of froyo flavors and also many choices for toppings (compared to other froyo businesses near, who do not have much to offer at all).
Love this place ❤ I always go on Mondays when they have the Mondays specials fill up the cup for 5.55 awesome deal. I love there black cherry but on Monday I had the green apple Def my fav.
