Stopped for breakfast and was grumpily informed by the lady behind the counter that she is not making any sandwiches, bagels etc. Thought that was strange but then I find out that she’s only doing this because of a “large order” she has to do “all by herself”.
Went in this morning to order a Turkey Sausage Sandwich, the lady at register say the ovens don’t work. Smh
Was working overnight from Sunday 9pm to 5:30am and I am going to my other full time job 7a - 3pm. I stopped in for my iced matcha latte and a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles. It's Duncan Donuts, at home or on vacation it's the perfect start to anyway. I do have to say the Duncan's staff in Delaware & Maryland prepared my coffee exactly the way I ordered it. The ones I shop at in, in my home state of Pa need to take note. All you Duncan family around the beach area... I
Had great service!! The ladys were really nice!! Dude, but the smell from the mushroom farms was pretty kicking.. other then that awesome!!
Customer service was horrible. Took 10 minutes to make my coffee. Something that was on the menu, nothing difficult.
One teenager working. 10 people waiting in line. Ridiculous. I won’t be back.
