I love the crew Here!!! I come all the time for iced hazelnut coffee with x ice x milk. Today they served my LG iced to me with a heart they drew on my cup and said that it's made with x love! Callie, Sean, Jason, Danielle, Briana, Kyla, Star, Brianna & Kayla are really GREAT!!! They are always happy, easy going, they provide excellent customer
Satisfaction and appear to be a great team player! It's that kind of service that keeps bringing back to this location.
Food is consistently good here, and I've always been able to get a McFlurry no problem which is a bonus.
Drive through time is average - not super speedy, but pretty much never feels slow either.
Biggest downsides of this location are the parking lot layout (it's set up to have your drive around 3/4 of the restaurant before you can get in the drive through line), and that there is no outside seating
This Ayer location recently got a full makeover in February. They just recently finished the kiddie play area, so that will be good for families to utilize. Orders aren't always accurate, but there is one Indian associate (I forget his name, unfortunately) that is super friendly as the payout window.
