There was a fly in the case sitting atop a model sandwich and when I told the Starbucks worker who was taking my order, about it, she said we don't sell those and that she would take care of it. To my mind, take care if it then, but she didn't so I was a little grossed out not ordering anything. B
It is very disappointing when one of the staff is a reason of bad review to the whole store. Very important a big company like Starbucks or and store manager to make sure whoever hired she/he are talented dealing with customers or trained.
