I rarely give bad reviews. This is mostly to complain about them not putting the chips I paid for in the bag for the 3rd time in a row… I’m always rushing and think they’d do their job (like every other chipotle) when I order my bowl and chips but guess not…

I go here often to get my daughter food & ive discussed it with the workers that they get other food particles mixed in with the other food items. It’s very aggravating to get home & find mushrooms in your bowl when you are allergic to them. Or you find corn in your sour cream. This happens on a reg

Rice and beans are undercooked everything else was perfect. The portions and presentation was perfect. Crew at the counter was on point. I would eat here again if I can request fully cooked rice and beans. Sometimes a chef needs to sample the product before serving it 🙂

I got a delivery for starters, arrived late (not completely your company’s fault) opened my bag no napkin no fork (it’s a delivery, more than likely not gonna be at a home to “cook” my own salad 😂🤦🏽‍♀️) I open up my “salad” there is no more than 5 pieces of spinach and maybe about 4 strips of roma

love the asada bowl 🥣 . Their food was very tasty and light - not reL heavy. Great job Chipotle.

The location waa clean and the employees were all very pleasant. The serving size was very good and the food was delicious! So far, this is the only location in Bakersfield that has honored my request for a mountain of cheese!

My go too Chipotle, only downside is it's location, the parking lot is the tiniest bit annoying which for me makes me not choose to go here sometimes. But service it always perfect.

They have great customer service. I order on door dash pretty often and I’ve never had a problem with my order. The food always tastes good.
