The drive thru employees are very rude. I purchased my food and the first employee (a black female) gave me the wrong order and I tell her "this isnt the correct order". She said "its what you ordered" and I said I didn't order 3 burritos. I ordered the 2 taco combo. So she goes back and get right
Disappointed with lunch; the Chalupa was dry and cool, like it was leftover from breakfast or yesterday. Tacos were not impressive and not warm. Likely will not visit unless improvement happens.
The girl who was working the drive through was completely rude her name starts with a J. I wont publish her online but im sure the company knows who i am referring to. The food is good. Fyi if you dont like your job ....dont let it relfect on how you treat others you never know the kind of day peop
Went through drive through. Food was not prepared as ordered but didn't realize until I got home. Tried for 2 hrs to reach taco bell but phone rang busy...then I called but it rang approximately 12 times before I hung up.
No matter which taco bell you go to in Bakersfield. They can't get your order right!

UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE!! This location definitely doesn’t close at 3am… unless the workers are lying!! People rely on Google to guide them with directions and operating business hours.
Friendly staff but interior left much to be desired. Table was VERY sticky. Floor was a little sticky. No utensils were available. We are not going back.
