Really fast. Delicious. Amazing french fries. Tenderloin was so huge, I had to take over half home with me. Pulled pork was so tender. My 2 year old daughter approved and she is not a fan of anything. I recommend this place.

They closed early the last two times I went by for dinner. Pretty much every time my family or I go in they're out of what we want. Go early if you want a specific item like ribs or turkey. Brisket is a bit dry. Some of the sides are a kinda bland. Pulled pork & beans are good.

I have eaten at Moose' s twice. Both occasions were combo meat sandwiches and fries for lunch. The food was all hot and fresh and my order was ready quickly. I will be driving from Lawrence to Baldwin from now on for bbq day. If you are passing through Baldwin I highly recommend you get yourself some Moose' s.
