The over 40 minutes wait really was bad. Almost everyone who ordered after i did had already got there food and was eating and others that were done and already gone. I ordered the Fontana torta. The torta included Carne asada, Queso panela, avocado, lettuce and onions. Good torta and pretty filling. Agua de Sandia was very refreshing.
They're pretty good tortas, but they REALLY need the staff. I feel bad for the 3-4 people they have working cashier, prep, waiting tables at the same time, but this the the main reason they get knocked down to 2.5-3 stars. The food is good but not that good that it's worth that long of a wait. Also

The food was good. The tacos were great. But a little pricy. $4 for 1 taco is not budget friendly. But the tortas and burritos were resonably priced
The longest one hour waited for my food, the meat was dry and burn, no way I will be coming back, at least the juices and shakes were good.
