I don’t know if they do this on purpose, but whenever food is ordered through an app, any food service app, and it includes a party platter, it’s like they’re too lazy to make it. every single time they cancel the order like two hours later. i’ve never had this problem going to the actual restauran
They did not include my fortune cookie in my meal. It was fast service decent food. The location looks decent from the outside. I like that panda express is doesn't have overcrowded seating at least at this location
The service and food are ok there but they're cheap on entre portions. Only gives very little. The Rosemead one gives more for your money.
They have nice employees working here. They're cordial.
Service was good and quick. However, having to dig through a pile of 🥦 just to find a single piece of beef? Earned 1 🌟
DO NOT DO DRIVE THROUGH! I have made this mistake 3 TIMES, and all 3 times I was shorted on food, missing the teriyaki sauce or given the last of the food that they scraped off the Bottom of the pan. Best to get off and order in person. They are much nicer and careful in person.
Food's ok. Had to wait ten minutes in the drive thru for an item I ordered but it's ok because the cashier advised me there would be a wait. The kam pao chicken tasted weird. It was way too soft, almost tasted fake.
Unbelievable how horrible the service at this place was. Are you telling me that I have to pay extra for this plate? Your employee doesn’t care about customer service. Why do you hire this kind of guys?
