Gelato is incredible. Hazelnut iced latte was the best I ever heard. Cannoli was wonderful and traditional but also had a hint of what I think was cinnamon. Amazing dessert and coffee spot. I absolutely recommend.

Perfecto! The service is quick and friendly, the place was clean, great Italian music playing, all the desserts look fantastic, my wife and I will definitely be back, this is a truly authentic cappuccino, Italian styled but the American size lol

So many choices of Italian desserts. We started with panini’s and potato salad. I had the Little Boss with eggplant and artichoke. Delicious panini bread too. Cannoli’s were to go. Amazing cannoli. The pastry shell was extremely tasty. Wait staff was helpful in making menu choices.

Love this place!! Tiramisu was fabulous as well as the lemon ice, mint chocolate gelato and Italian chocolate coconut cookie. Ordered the canoli sampler and cookies sampler to take with us. Excited to try the various flavors.

Great place for coffee and pastry. We found it looking for a breakfast place near our hotel. Luckily they have a great Panini breakfast sandwich. I enjoyed Cappuccino Vaccaro. Lots of whipped cream on top. Enjoy!

Pastry and dessert lovers far and wide with a sweet tooth; unite and don’t pass this spot up! Just so much to choose from! They had everything from cannolis, cookies, pastries, coffee and ice cream. I believe they had breakfast sandwiches too! Just too much to pick and choose from. We ordered the 3 pack of cannolis, some lemon cookies, strawberry and raspberry cookies, pastries with custard (because they were recommended by not one but 2 patrons in line) and a rainbow cookie that my husband adored and was angry that we did not get more. Pricing was reasonable. Street parking. Nice large establishment. Customer service was amazing this past Sunday morning. We shall certainly come back. 😋

I had a unique experience here, but overall had a good tasty one. We got a mango smoothie, one of their lemon special drinks (forgot the name) with lemon liqueur over a lemon granita, a tiramisu, and a vanilla cream puff. The place definitely seems like a local favorite with a lot of great choices. I came in for gelato but their machine was broken. Alright, this is where I pick a side. I would've maybe given a 4 star review for the overall experience and value, but I know everything would've been better if I didn't just witness a group of customers essentially verbally assaulting the staff (which I know affected service quality that day) so I'm going to say today was probably just a bad day overall due to that experience since that's not their fault and I'll give them the extra point because they recovered quickly. We got a staff apology and received resumed good service. To the ladies who were yelled at, no customers should ever yell at service staff (or anyone else for that matter really) like that. Saw the whole thing go down and that whole situation seemed unexpected and unnecessary to deal with. Keep your head up, the experience is over, and tomorrow is the chance for a new better day. Review part, mango smoothie is on the sweet side but yummy (our personal preference is usually less sweet for drinks, but that's not their fault, if sweets are your thing you may love it!), limoncello thing was good and strong (bigger than I expected but good!), vanilla cream puff (not my favorite, could use some work, but maybe the other ones they have are better), tiramisu was tasty (I don't usually get it with the cream and syrup, but it was good and big enough to take home). Overall, thanks for a tasty bite and booze for my first trip to Baltimore!

We went to Little Italy in Baltimore, MD for dinner and decided to give this place a try for some dessert. Was a little disappointed with a limited selection of cookies but they tasted decent. The eclairs were the size of a brick and were really good. The chocolate topping was thick fudge style. Overall it was worth the visit.

One of my favorite places to visit when I'm in Baltimore. Today's visit included a slice of American cheesecake and a dopio macchiato. The ladies were very helpful and explained various options for purchase and shipping of cookies for a Christmas gift. The only negative was that I am apparently unable to select just one pound of cookies from the abundant choices on display. So, my family will enjoy the extra pound I brought home. I know, 1st world problems. If you're in Baltimore at the Aquarium/Inner Harbor area, take a short break and walk over to Vaccaro's Bakery in Little Italy. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to pick up pastries to go! There’s an area to sit down and eat but we were just there to pick up some sweets. Everyone that worked there was super nice. It was a little tight in the front and there wasn’t much space to stand if there were too many people. Overall, it was a cute place and the pastries were very tasty!

Consistently Delicious Tiramisu!!!! Been getting yummy desserts here for 10+ years. Once you order take out you can’t sit down so make sure you decide before ordering. Worth the money 💰 Call ahead to reserve a tray of tiramisu for a party… promise you’ll be everyone’s favorite!

I had the most delicious panini ever. And l've had good ones at Arthur Ave. in NYC. I ate half for lunch and the other after sightseeing Annapolis. Pasta salad awesome! The double expresso shot was so good. I had another before leaving. It gets busy at all times. Be ready and be patient. Oh, bf said cannolies were extremely fresh.

We loved it so much that we didn't go just once... We went back the same day and brought friends! 😂 We'll add it to our list of places to go when we visit Baltimore again. ❤️ BTW I weighed the eclair when we got home and it was 1.6 lb!! 😳

Everything you could want and more! Every Italian cookie and many pastry’s. Everything is very fresh and the service was amazing!! The eatery side of things is a little minimalistic, but we did go to eat. Just for the cookies!! We will definitely be back!

This is a fun place to experience. The service could have been a little quicker. All the deserts we tried were great. If you order the Italian Lemon Ice tea make sure you order it with unsweetened tea. My first one came with sweet tea and it was almost in bearably sweet. I had them refill with unsweetened tea and it was perfect.
