My sister and I dined here for my birthday before a concert. The Food Market never disappoints. It has been one of my family's favorite restaurants for years. Our server Brandi was phenomenal. She was attentive without being annoying. She surprised me with a candle on a complimentary dessert when she saw that it was my birthday. The food is always delicious. This is one of the most consistent places to dine in Baltimore.

The weather was atrocious, raining and cold. We were welcomed by two young hostesses and seated immediately. Andy, our server, welcomed us with a bowl of freshly made popcorn with a lot of flavor. Cocktails were delicious, and we enjoyed the most amazing plate of onion rings with melted cheese and a delicious broth. The entrées arrived, Short ribs, Shrimp & Grits, Lamb Cutlets with wilted radicchio. All beautifully prepared and presented. A very excellent meal. We did not have dessert, as our guest wanted to go to a small ice cream shop, the Charmery?

Phenomenal brunch food. It was really sweet that they brought mini donuts for the table to start. We ordered a lot of food and every plate was so delicious. Pictured are the mini donuts, big ole mozzarella sticks, French toast dippers, goat cheese mushroom omelette, avocado toast and cream of crab soup with extra crab

I absolutely love this restaurant. The small plates were so innovative. They had a thanksgiving cupcake. So clever. A Philly cheese steak bun. Both were so delicious. I am definitely not a chicken wing person but I couldn’t get enough of them. We ordered two plates! I would recommend this restaurant hands down.

Amazing. My mother and I came here for brunch today and it was simply amazing. I loved the music and atmosphere. It is a vibe. The Salmon Bacon and regular bacon was so good. The Cream of Crab soup, is the best that I have ever tasted. I ordered the Crab Benedict without the English Muffin and it was delicious. I will definitely be back to try their dinner.

Presentation is definitely important here, but everything tasted as great as is looked. The highlights of our experience were definitely the duck parts and the beignets. The Food Market also boasts a fun cocktail menu serving both classics and unique flavors.

I love the casual environment with delicious, creative gastro-pub dishes. Servers are kind, but maybe a little understaffed. Drinks are also well done and broad options. The popcorn at the start is a nice touch.

First off, exceptional ingredients and quality. A wonderful place for a culinary experience. We tried several dishes and a drink. The drink, called, "The Side Piece," is very similar to a Side Car. If you like a Side Car, this is an exceptional choice. The popcorn sprinkled with truffle oil, basil, and parmesan cheese was a bowl of flavors complimenting each other perfectly. We went with a Fried Green Tomato dish to start with. It came out with 2 fairly thick slices of tomato in a panko or coarse corn-meal type breading fried to crispy perfection (yet the tomatoes were still hard) with crab meat and a white wine sauce. This was not my favorite dish, but someone with a more refined taste that enjoys a dry, white wine flavor and a harder tomato might enjoy it more. The Scallops with Risotto were exceptional and cooked to perfection. The flavors blend PERFECTLY. The Pat Lafrieda burger was an exceptional quality beef with great flavor. Highly recommended for a burger, and I've had a lot of different burgers in my time! The Key Lime Pie and the Dirt Cup were also exceptional. I would say that the Key Lime IS one of the best I've had 👍👍.

Amazing place, vibe/energy, and service. This is my first time dining here for brunch, and I must say, WOW. I went with The Grand Army, a very solid, hefty big breakfast dish. Aside from a personal gripe with the eggs- I asked for them to be scrambled with extra American cheese, only to be given cheddar cheese that wasn’t fully melted/incorporated- it honestly took me a while to order because every item on the menu sounds amazing, even the things I’m allergic to. By the way, SOMEONE MUST ORDER THE LAZY FRENCH TOAST AT YOUR TABLE. Thank yourselves later. I’m certainly looking forward to dining here for dinner and brunch again. P.S. The mimosa is almost like two mimosas in one glass. P.S.S. Reward yourself with the Gucci Lemonade!

Brunch. Fall pumpkin themed specials. The pumpkin stuffed french toast was stupid good. The pumpkin chicken andouille sausage quiche with a Parmesan frisee salad was delicious as well. If you are in Hampden, Baltimore, make a reservation and grab an amazing brunch.

We’ve been for dinner and absolutely devoured everything so we couldn’t pass up an opportunity for brunch. It did not disappoint!! The little donut starters were yummy and helped hold us over while we mulled over all the delicious options on the menu. There’s definitely something for everyone here! Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was great and our server was fantastic! Sh was on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely try this place for brunch or dinner - you won’t be disappointed !!

Very busy during lunch and brunch hours. Recommended to reserve a table. If not expect to wait a little bit for a table. Service was great, staff was very friendly. I ordered the Pull Short Rib Benedict with home fries which was an amazing choice. The egg was properly poached and runny. The pull pork was marinated and cooked well as it pulled apart easily. The Benedict came with a side of home fries which was very crispy however was overly seasoned and salty. Restroom was very clean Plenty of street parking, but it does get busy and pack. No private lot.

Pretty good American food, but highkey expensive. Everything our party ordered was much smaller than expected, but the bill was still pretty hefty. I wouldn't come here as a student, there are many other places around the city that will provide more bang for your buck. (their cheesy popcorn was good though)

Slay the menu experience- I give this experience 5/5, you dine in a private room, chef selected plates but enough for everyone to find something they will enjoy. The service was great, quick and attentive to detail. Would definitely do it again, worth the $100 per person.

We had the mozzarella sticks for our appetizers. For our entrees, we had the salmon dish and the pickle brined fried chicken breast. Everything was delicious! Our waitress Jennifer was also really nice, which was a plus. FYI, we got there around 4:45 right before they opened at 5 and the place filled up pretty quickly.

Dined there on a Saturday afternoon before Christmas. Our reservation was at 4 and we were seated promptly. Our party of 6 all ordered small plates and shared with each other. The food was excellent! I ordered the mussels and they were exceptional.

Excellent experience tonight. It was busier than usual on a Monday night, but everyone was so kind and apologetic for the slightly above average wait. The food was fantastic and definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend paying $10 for the valet because street parking is atrocious. I was able to pay my valet at the bar so I thought that was extra convenient as I cashed out my tab. Will definitely be returning!
