Today I stopped by Peter’s unexpectedly for breakfast. I was greeted by the cook. He was welcoming and polite with me. The restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast on Wednesday, however, the cook stated that he would prepare breakfast for me. I ordered an egg and cheese on Texas toast with breakfast fries. Let me tell you about this sandwich! The bread was buttered to perfection! My eggs had cheese oozing out of it. I felt like this sandwich was made in my house😂 the home fries were delicious with onions cooked throughout. The owner let me know that if I want breakfast on any day, just give them a call and they’ll prepare it for me. I can honestly say, the customer service and food is excellent! I will definitely be back again for breakfast! Thank you!

Five stars times five. Absolute gem of a place. We had wonderful rockfish and a solid roast beef platter. But what really stood out was the absolute grace of our bartender on an abruptly busy Saturday night. If I had a smile like that maybe my life would have turned out differentm

A gem of a find right around the corner from our hotel. Local place with a friendly greeting as we walked in the door. We arrived at the menu time change from Breakfast to lunch so that gave us plenty of options. I went for the lunch, grilled chicken sandwich while my colleague went for the breakfast options. We were both satisfied with our choices!

As an owner of a bar, I hate using the phrase "hole in the wall." My place has been described as such, and it always bothers me. I just don't like the sound of it, like it discounts what the place is. The phrase conjures a certain vibe that is fitting of this spot, though. "Neighborhood bar" is maybe fitting, but I don't want to get lost in semantics. The point is that this place is cool, small, and eccentric. It's hidden down an alleyway, like a "best kept secret" kind of local gem. They have a great, rotating selection of local craft beers and really good food. The building is old and quirky, and the bar is reminiscent of something I would have seen in a movie about Irish cops in Boston, if that makes sense. All in all, I'm glad we chose this as our dinner spot for our first night (of two) in town.

Across the street from Springfield Suites. Great atmosphere while watching the game or after going to the game. Busy place. Staff friendly. Food was great. I got the California burger while my sons got bbq wings and nachos. Good portions and great taste. We will be back.

This place rocks. Staff are amazing and the food is excellent. If you like a friendly fun environment non pretentious environment with good beer and great food this is the place for you! Open for food late into the evening too. Carl and team truly care about the quality of your food!

The roast beef with gravy open face was great. The crab cake was good. The staff went out of their way to make everything accessible to our party member with a mobility scooter. They were so helpful and friendly.

Great little bar with amazing food and large, cold beer. Bar staff are super friendly crab cakes are very good. Reminds me a little of Cheers with a lot of local regulars that keep coming back for the food and the great service.

Breakfast at a bar? You bet! Carl and Brandie welcomed us to the neighborhood. We had the western omelette with fresh coffee, which exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely have to return for drinks!
