Great service. The place was very busy. The staff was extremely friendly and was very attentive. Every person did every job, the true benchmark of teamwork. The food was great. I got the chicken and waffle. Mrs. Wally got the French Toast. We each got the chicken sausages, cooked just a bit crispy, juicy and full of flavor. The building is a repurposed train headquarters for the historic Baltimore and Ohio (B&O on the Monopoly board for you game night enthusiasts). Flanked by two bars, the dining room has a map of the original rail line on the wall.

I tried B&O for the first time 2 weeks ago for happy hour, I've been 4 times since. Needless to say pretty good experiences. I'm usually not the biggest fan of smoked wings but The wings are really really good. Each time I've tried the drink of the day I've been thoroughly impressed there bartender Matt really takes his craft serious. The staff is always very friendly & courteous. Also it's gorgeous inside, check them out if you're in the downtown area.

I enjoyed the salmon dish for lunch. The food was delicious. The chef finished the dish in the large pizza which gave it a pleasant crunch. There was only one waiter who was also the host so it wasn't the smoothest service I ever had. All in all I would visit again.

We had so much fun "Dining in the Dark"! The food was excellent, our waiter was absolutely awesome, and the whole experience exceeded every expectation we had! A great night for friends, couples, or groups!

I visited B&O with seven colleagues after a major conference in the area. We intended on getting a week drink, perhaps a small bite and leave. However, we were not prepared for the treat we would get and the fun experience we would have. We at a table were seated at a table with high chairs just in front of the bar. This was helpful since I am 6'7" tall with long legs. Our waitress was Myra and boy was she fun. High energy, bright smile, engaging and just set the tone for the night. We ended up drinking wine, cocktails and eating dinner. Our short stay extended into a full blown meal due to the mood Myra set and the incredibly good food. We had some pasta, bread (amazing), one vegan dish and a what felt like a little bit of everything. All was eaten, not one person had a complaint. I recommended you visit B&O, and if you are lucky you will have the pleasure of meeting Myra and enjoying her wonderfully outgoing personality!

I decided to check B&O Brasserie out since I was already staying at the Kimpton hotel. I must say the duck wings were very delicious and I highly recommend trying them. I had them as my appetizer. For my main course, I had the Mediterranean sea bass. It was absolutely scrumptious. It was so good I wanted more. I concluded my meal with a dessert that I particularly didn't care for. The brownie was too hard, and the bananas weren't sweet. They were kind to take it off my check. Other than that, everything else was superb. The staff was friendly and attentive. They also have signature drinks that are exceptional as well. I had the Manhattan which had a strong kick to it. Great service and food. I highly recommend this restaurant. 4 stars!

This is a unique restaurant that is located within Hotel Monaco and in the Downtown of Baltimore City. It was once the historic Baltimore & Ohio Railroad (B&O) headquarter, hence called B&O American Brasserie. The lobby of the hotel is very elegant with old European style. The restaurant has two floors. Some of the decorations include chairs and table lamps from original B&O dining cars. Their claimed specialty is wide selection of cocktail drinks. Its "fatality" drink was certainly unique with a distinctive BBQ smoke taste that could match perfectly with a rib-eyes dish; its "Vice City" drink, however, was fruity but quite sweet. One of our Brazilian friends requested Caipirinha, a very popular drink in Brazil. Unfortunately, the challenge was unmet. Some of its starters were good especially the Brick Oven Roasted Octopus, strongly recommend it. For my entree, I ordered Spring Colorado Lamb Chops. It was beautifully done. After the dinner, I surveyed satisfactions from five of us. The total score was: 4.42+/-0.32 (N=5).

I came here with my boyfriend for a quick bite before we went to the nearby museum and was met with an awkward greeting from one of the waitresses. After randomly starring at us, she finally greeted us and sat us. We both enjoyed the crab and spinach dip and a few drinks. The food is great; probably need to work on greetings 😬 **Update to this post We went back for drinks when we visited Baltimore last month and we enjoyed our visit. Better cocktails and great calamari! Very good!

We dined here for Dining in the Dark. It was a wonderful experience with great food and great service. My only complaint is that it was so hot! It was like they didn't turn the AC on and that really didn't make for a comfortable time. Otherwise, we had a blast!

Food, service and atmosphere were amazing. We got the pasta with shrimp and the sauce was amazing! The garlic bread was perfection. The tiramisu was out of this world.

Great happy hour! For a draft beer & wings it was 15$. Wings were good, not to spicy and well cooked.

The food here was excellent. I went in for dinner alone during happy hour and the place was busy. Kind of short staffed- where isn’t these days?- but they did the best they could. Would return.

The duck wings and pepperoni pizza were my favorite! We had buffalo oysters, wagyu burgers, Fire grilled octopus. All these dishes had beautiful presentations and was an explosion of flavor. Staff was wonderful

Service was REALLY slow and kind of scattered/disorganized, although everyone on the staff was really nice. We were there for an organized dinner event, though, and the event vendor that was not affiliated with the restaurant, so I'm not sure if that complicated things for the staff. The food was good and the place had a really nice feel.

Great place with an awesome location in downtown Baltimore just off of the Inner Harbor at the beginning of Charles Street. The staff is all awful friendly and it has a great kitchen, with a very good Chef. Their menu changes quite often, almost weekly, so if you like an item be sure to go back quickly or you'll miss it next time you go there. It is part of a very cozy hotel and really fits in with the rest of the architecture in that part of town. Not very big, making the B & O Brasserie feel more like you're at a neighborhood restaurant without the typical territorial regulars. Brendon the bar manager just happens to be the president of the Baltimore Bartenders Guild, so you will taste drinks which are definitely worth trying. Eric and Brendon make up the most amazing sips you'll ever try. If you're in the mood for a drink which is somewhere halfway In between tart and sweet ask for a Caipirinha. If you ever get a chance to try their Chesapeake jambalaya and you like spicy food it's a killer plate!

Definitely worth checking out! So glad it's readily available to the guest at the Kimpton hotel. Eliminates the need to leave at all! All of the wait staff was absolutely wonderful, but one in particular stood out to me as going above and beyond! I really appreciate the authenticity of our server Jaymo. They made my experience feel very personal and relaxed. Not only that, but they took the time to learn my name and make small talk. All around they are a genuine person with the drive to make every customer experience a great experience. There is an evident display of passion for their job and its something you typically don't see this day in age! If I ever return to Baltimore and eat at the B&O I hope to see them again! #TeamPanini
