The food, drinks and view were excellent. It was for a birthday dinner and we got the crab dip, whole crispy fish and crab cakes. Everything was fresh and nicely seasoned. Good balance of breading in the lump crab cakes and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Not to mention, the tomato aioli spread for the warm crusty bread was so tasty. It was a great night and experience. Must go back and the next time I’ll get the warm butter cake!!
This place is a fancy restaurant and is suitable for family dinner or party. The wine and a wide variety of it and children-friendly drinks as well I love it. The food was amazing can't complain about it. I recommend this if you have a wife or girlfriend or even just by yourself to have dinner. It is great and has a wonderful view to look at.
Had the pleasure of being served by Michael for dinner. All the food was phenomenal (especially the octopus appetizer—best I'd ever had!) And it was all thanks to the outstanding recommendations that Michael gave us. He was hilarious but also extremely attentive to our needs and made sure we all had a great time. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the inner harbor!
The restaurant is a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. The service, view, and food were all very good. Our server Julie was very helpful and attentive throughout the meal. She explained different items in the item to us and took our orders very diligently. We ordered the small cold tower, the daily oysters, and a fillet mignon. The oysters were very fresh and tasted amazing. The cold tower had a variety of different seafood including crab, shrimp, and lobster tail which all were cooked wonderfully. The fillet mignon was delicious with the meat cooked perfectly. The view of the Inner Harbor from the restaurant is also very good, I would recommend coming here if you visit the area.
This place is worth any kind of wait imaginable. I feel bad I don’t remember our servers name but he went above and beyond in service. His suggestions were top tier only matched by the food and amazing food. You have to get the octopus here. My favorite drink was the espresso martini and lemon drop. I can’t wait to come here again and enjoy the beautiful views, amazing service, and delicious food!!
I came here after a visit to the Aquarium at the Baltimore Harbor for dinner. I have seen this place across the water for years and have always been curious about it. Gregory was my server and he did an amazing job. I ordered a half dozen oysters which were really good. You can tell how fresh they are. For my main course I ordered blackened rockfish which came Chesapeake style with crab meat on top, mixed seasonal vegetables, and asparagus. The fish was nice and flaky. It tasted buttery and had a nice spice to it. The mixed vegetables and asparagus were also buttery and cooked perfectly. This place is definitely pricey and not an everyday kind of spot but if you have a special occasion I highly recommend coming here!
This place is easy to find with its own parking deck. I will say it’s kind of a scam you have to pay $8 to park in THEIR PARKING GARAGE. The food was amazing and the staff was great. Make sure to try the lump crab soup. Absolutely amazing!
My first visit to Baltimore and we went straight here for dinner. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The crab cakes and scallops are unbelievable, and fresh tasting in a way you can only get on the water. The views are spectacular too and the service was impeccable.
I visited Baltimore for a conference.
I know that crab cakes are a specialty here and decided to order the crab cake dinner. It came with two crab cakes, mashed potatoes and asparagus.
The crab cakes were surprisingly delicious. They were moist and hot and had great flavor. The mashed potatoes were deliciously creamy and the asparagus was yum.
The staff was really kind and accommodating. I attended my work conference with 12 co-workers. We called 15 min before arriving and the staff had our table ready and waiting with water. They were kind, patient and accommodating. They also allowed us to split the check so that each person could pay separately. This was so kind of them.
When I return to Baltimore, this will be my go-to place.
Capped off our visit to Baltimore with a stop at The Rusty Scupper for drinks and appetizers. Wow! Friendly, professional, and efficient staff. Food and cocktails were excellent. My husband managed several of these restaurants more than 40 years ago. It was a very pleasant stroll down memory lane.
Date night! Beautiful restaurant on the water. The food was cooked to perfection. It was delicious. We arrived 30 mins before our reservation and was seated right away. Loved our time in this space.
In Baltimore on business from ATL. Hands down the best food I’ve had since we’ve been here. 2 of us had the Chilean sea bass and one had the scallops. Sorry no pic of the beet salad. It was equally delicious!! MUST Try!!!
Met a dear friend for lunch. We arrived a bit early, but the staff immediately sat us at a corner booth with an awesome view of the water and city skyline. The menu was extensive and superb. My crab dish was cooked to perfection and my wife's salmon was incredible! Our group visited for several hours and we never felt rushed. Coffee and deserts were delivered and the wait staff gave us our privacy. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for gatherings large and small. EXCELLENT food, service, and location
We haven't been here in many many years. The atmosphere was still very nice. Apparently, there is no longer a dress code. Our food and service were both excellent . We received a complimentary glass of champagne to help us celebrate our anniversary.
My Bday dinner was great the food service and the views 👌 🙌 😋 everything was fresh our waitress was very attentive n got a cheesecake cup cake on the house loved it
Stopped here for happy hour on a Monday and the place was pretty quiet. The bar only has a handful of seats but there are plenty of high tops in the lounge area. The location on the water provides a great view.
Highly recommend checking out the happy hour menu. Plenty of great drink and food options. The Rusty Scupper Pale Ale is great. The sangria was fine. Hope to be back to try some regular menu items.
The atmosphere was great. the server did not give us the specials of the day, overheard it from another server, and she was not helpful with recommendations. The appetizer was awesome, and the Long Island Ice Tea was nice and strong. Entrée was not good, fried to death. I would still recommend restaurant.
Went on a business dinner. Everything was well coordinated. The manager was constantly making rounds and overseeing staff to ensure everyone enjoyed their food and had everything they needed. The food was good except for the crab cake, which felt like it was more shell than crab meat. Other than that, the food was very good. The staff was courteous. This is a great place for a date or if you want to go with the family.
