Absolutely fabulous! The food is amazing, perfectly portioned. There is plenty of wine to choose for every palette. Dining at the bar was perfect and easy. The bartenders are all very attentive and quick. Highly recommend and would love to return!!!
Had a chance to go to a friend's birthday party there. The first time, the service was not so great it was a long wait and the server served cocktails instead of mocktail. But this time they do make up for it. The service was great, the food was on the spot, I especially love their fish entree, very delicious. The texture and flavor was amazing. The duck entree was also good, it was tender and juicy, slightly sweet for the berry sauce for me personally. I also love their tiramisu, it is very light and enjoyable. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner they did make up for the first time.
I was in Baltimore for a work conference, and Tellus brought us here for a business dinner.
The place is nice with an upscale ambiance. If you're looking for a nice bottle of wine 🍷 this place is sure to have it.
Interestingly, the restaurant's name, Cinghiale, means 'Wild boar'. Unfortunately, I didn't see any wild boar on the menu.
However, the food that was on the menu was quite delicious 😋. We had somewhat of a predetermined menu, so i didn't get to try the items I really wanted to.
The service was really good. There was about 50 in our dinner party, and the server team performed flawlessly.
Top notch Italian restaurant in the heart of Baltimore. My go-to when I’m in the mood for a nice night out in the city and where I take my friends.
The menu is full of variety not only in pasta but plated dishes; from squid ink pasta, risotto, tagliatelle, and bolognese to duck, seared tuna, and grilled fish. All of their mains are great and the pasta is never over cooked and the flavors meld well.
They now have zero-proof cocktails on their menu, which is great. It’s a nice alternative for those that don’t drink.
The appetizers are a great start to the meal and we love getting the prosciutto. The tuna crude is also a light but nice dish. Each dish we have is artfully prepared and satisfying.
The final end to the meal; the dessert. The tiramisu has always been a solid pick. I love the creamy but decadent flourless chocolate, personally. You can’t go wrong with the Italian classics or their twists on what you know and love.
The service at Cinghiale is cordial and welcoming. They’re happy to answer any questions and make you feel like a valued customer. In my opinion, the service is the biggest part of the dining experience and I would recommend Cinghiale if you want the five-star experience in food, service, and atmosphere. Whether it’s date night, a girls night out, or a party, consider coming here.
Very pleasant surprise. My first time here as a treat. George the General Manager was very attentive & welcoming and Olivia, our waitress also attentive and thorough. We started at the bar and then moved to our reserved table, our Aperol Spritz was refreshing. We chose to do the Prezzo Fisso Menu which included an appetizer, half portion dish, main dish and an appetizer.
Our first visit and we were impressed. The server, Jake, was absolutely perfect. His knowledge of the menu and wine left us feeling very well informed, and he helped us make great choices. The Foie Gras was phenomenal. Lasagna was incredible. Steak was cooked perfectly. Short rib crazy good. Tuna tartare, pasta with parmasean sauce, risotto and the desserts were great. Chicken and fish were a bit dry but overall a fantastic evening and experience!
For some reason, it took me way too long to try out Cinghiale, but I am so happy I finally did. This restaurant absolutely blew me away, and it's safe to say it's one of the top restaurant experiences I've ever had.
We're not big meat eaters, so rather than doing the tasting menu, we stuck to appetizers and pasta. The cheese plate was an amazing start to the meal. We picked two types of cheese, and it came with a big portion of both, as well as delicious crostini and strawberries. For the main course, I loved that they offer half sizes of pasta, because I was able to try two smaller bowls of two pastas that sounded good, which is way more interesting to me than one big bowl of the same thing. Every pasta we ordered was incredible. And for a reasonably priced "half size," the portions were still large enough that I had lunch the following day. It was some of the best pasta I've ever had.
We also loved our drinks, from the cocktails to the 3 oz. pours of wine that, like the pasta, allow you to try different things. Our waiter was great at recommending wine to accompany the pasta. Service overall was outstanding. They were able to accommodate us earlier than our original reservation. There was a bag check, and when we were leaving, the man who seated us remembered that I had a backpack and checked that I had been able to retrieve it.
I can't wait to go back, and this definitely gave me a new perspective of how wonderful a restaurant experience can be. I have been to plenty of delicious restaurants before, but this was on a different level.
A big beautiful bar and lovingly curated wine program. Traditional Italian fine dining right-sized in the sort of portions more of us should eat (and priced like it was 2019). There's a happy hour (cocktails are the standout) and a wine night (ask the Som for a recommendation).
The main portions are a little smaller than many of us might expect for Italian, but about right for comfortable eating while drinking or date nights.
I'm not a huge fan of the happy hour food options but they're a good introduction to how the kitchen here cooks.
The bar is super spacious, perfectly comfortable for a full meal for those of us who trend casual or dine solo.

Great food and great service from everyone I interacted with. I had the fixed price tasting menu with wine pairing. I would absolutely go with the tasting menu again but probably would skip the wine pairings.
To say that these dishes are cooked by heavenly creatures not of this world is an almost accurate description of the culinary experience I had here. The words to describe it don't exist in any language but I'll try with words I do know.
The bruschetta was the perfect introduction to the magic that was to come. I nearly died a thousand sweet deaths from my first bite of the squid ink pasta. While the torta caprese was a must and an elegant ending to the meal, the cherry on top was the Barolo Carboic wine which complimented every course.
The service was fantastic and the restaurant is gorgeous.
I'm not a foodie. I never gush over food and restaurants but I have a new found appreciation for those who are, as I've gotten a glimpse into their experience. I was and still am totally blown away.
As I write this, winding down from a long day, I pray those heavenly creatures at Cinghiale sends me dreams of pesto, parmesan cheese and pasta sauce.
