Well, I certainly don't get what all the hub bub is about. Perhaps it was due to the location, but no... people really seem to like Shake Shack and they talk about how great it is. I don't know if I can totally get behind that. This was our first time, the menu is much smaller than I had anticipated

Shake Shack hits every time. The staff is friendly and you can order from a self checkout kiosk! For me that is wonderful when my social battery has run out and I don't want to fake a smile. Food is yummy as always. The cheese fries are perfection. Good place for a quick bite.

The wait was about 30 minutes when I went on a Thursday afternoon. I was shocked to see that they sell wine and beer. My fries were delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the burger. A very friendly and hard working staff member by the name of Daniel did an amazing job getting everything sorted out for myself and other customers. The food took some time but it was all worth the wait as the double meat Shack Hamburger 🍔 tasted amazing. I always love that they provide free water
Their burgers are great! You must check them out if you've never had a Shake shack burger. They will not disappoint.

Shake Shack in Baltimore was a very nice experience..fast and friendly customer service, food was excellent. This store had smoke cheddar, man that makes the sandwich have a different taste all together which enhances the great taste of any sandwich you put it on.

We order food and one of employees helped us customized our order. The 5+ burgers were delivered to our table within few minutes. It was delicious. P.S. spicy fries are definitely spicy You also have the option to sit outside if you want. 😉
