They have an extensive raw food bar if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall a well balanced menu for all types of eaters. The food was tasty and well platted.
Our food arrived in different stages and the salad as a main course arrived after several requests. So we really couldn’t eat together.
It’s a beautiful place and right on the water but the noise level inside was too much.
I went here for lunch and was pretty impressed with the location and the ambiance. Being right next to the water is a real treat. I was immediately attended to by Delaney and she was very attentive the whole time. I had the Frosé to drink and it was DELICIOUS.
I initially ordered the lobster cocktail because I'm honestly not that big on bread and I really just wanted the lobster. This is usually served cold but I was told I could also order it hot. It came out dry, tough, just overcooked. I guess they heated up previously cooked lobster so it just made it tough.
Delaney quickly fixed the situation by letting me order something else, and I ended up going with the lobster roll.
When I tell you this is the best lobster roll I have ever had. No mayo yet the flavor was soooo good. Just huge lumps of lobster coated in butter and sitting inside of a fresh, hot, bun. Definitely worth the money. Also, the brussel sprouts are phenomenal!
I ordered the chocolate ganache layered cake for dessert. And, yes, it was pretty good, but not 14 dollars good. The slice was very small compared to what you would get normally when ordering cake, and it's double the price. I would skip dessert next time I come.
I took off one star for the overcooked lobster and the overpriced cake, but overall, a very nice restaurant with very good food.
If you’re visiting Baltimore & are craving seafood GO TO LOCH! You will not be disappointed. The staff were so friendly. Morgan was an amazing server! I’ve been in this industry for 12 years & she is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. The food was quick, fresh & delicious. Outdoor seating by the water was perfect.
Great for special occasions or when you want to treat yourself to great service and good food. I recommend scallop ceviche, crab dip, and moules frites from appetizers and seafood omelet from brunch menu. I especially enjoyed the pleasant service. The only thing is we were a large group so we could only sit outside to accommodate all of us and it was so cold and I was freezing lol. Would love to come back for my birthday!
It was a blessing to get Angeles as our waitress. She was charismatic, relatable, and such a great time. She made our experience in Baltimore memorable. And oh by the way the crab cakes and cocktails are bomb!
We had just gotten into the city and we were a little tired but still hungry so we found this spot and decided to stop in. It was late but we caught them right before they took the last call. What I like most about that was even tho we ordered pretty late our food still was fresh and hot and we appreciated that. The service was Amazing and it didn’t take to long for our food to come out . This would be a definite date spot if we lived here it just has the sort of Vibe. But the price is decent, the location is great and the food is so good it’s definitely a spot worthy of checking out !!
This was my third time being to this restaurant and oyster bar. The food is always immaculate. The restaurant always clean and pristine. But the vibe of some of the severs and management always seems a little off or uptight. Food is always served way too slow or way to fast that it feels like you’re being rushed out. The last time I was there I was gawked at by some of the servers by the window.😅 I’ll always recommend the rockefeller and fried oysters. Beautiful views as always. Great seafood place within the 4 Seasons structure, overlooking the harbor. Food, drinks, service, decor all top notch. We were so famished I forgot to take pics of any of our apps and drinks. Highly recommend the tuna poke, scallops ceviche, hush puppies, anything from the raw bar, and the tenderloin strips lettuce wraps. They were ALL exquisite. Our main dishes did not disappoint as well. Baltimore really has the best crab cakes. This place was legendary. We also had the salmon wrap and mussels. They were excellent.
Everything was perfect the waiter was very nice and polite the place was beautiful and clean , the food was amazing this is my new favorite restaurant I would definitely rate it 10/10 even the managers are friendly they come around and speak and ask how was everything
Definitely recommend The Loch Bar for anyone visiting the Inner Harbor in MD! The fresh clams were delicious, we also got the Oyster Rockefeller for an appetizer. My fiancé hates seafood but really enjoyed the Oyster appetizer. We also both got the lobster roll and it was hands down one of the best sandwiches I ever got from a restaurant. If you can - stop by and try their dishes as soon as possible!
Visited this restaurant by the harbor for happy hour and they have a raw bar with happy hour specials. They have an extensive alcohol selection with knowledgeable bartenders. They keep the atmosphere nice with a dress code.
The AC was out so after happy hour we moved outside. Inside and outside both had great atmosphere but outside had a pretty good view of the harbor and a great cross breeze.
I had the crabcake sandwich which was pretty great md crabcake with no filler jumbo lump crab. I also had the maryland crab soup which was also quite tasty. Last I had brussel sprouts which were a good side item as the crabcake only came with a mixed green salad.
Next time I’m in I want to try the oysters Rockefeller and the lobster roll.
My wife and ate here on a Saturday night and had a wonderful experience. We felt the food was wonderful. My wife and I had both fried oysters and oysters Rockefeller which I would highly recommend. Both main entrées were very tasty. Overall very friendly staff and a beautiful location.
Me and my boyfriend had a great time on our lunch date . This was my first time here and I love the customer service they give us and the food taste so delicious. I had a wonderful time . I recommend this place ❤️
Loch Bar, located within the Four Seasons Baltimore, is one of my favorite seafood restaurants in all of the United States. The seafood is always fresh, the atmosphere is fantastic, the location within the Inner Harbor is perfect, and the crab cakes are, without a doubt, the best you will ever have!
Cozy setting in a large fancy hotel. The rock fish was buttery and perfectly cooked. I would have liked the experience more if I could find more seafood options that were free of bacon or not cooked in wine/alcohol.
Food was great. They served fresh oysters. My kids loves the chicken risotto and lobster roll. The salmon wrap is juicy. The steak and crab dip taste really good. Our server is nice and the 2 ladies are very attentive and respectful who make sure the table is clean and our glass have enough water. It was a good experience.
Crab cake sandwich is delicious! Mussels as well! Great choices of draft beer and very good wine. Definitely a great place to dine when in Baltimore.
Great food and great location. Their oysters were very good as were their lobster roll. The service was also exceptional. Highly recommend!
