Server was great, friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good and prices are as expected for this chain. Relaxing fun musical environment with lots of fun memorabilia to walk around and look at. Definitely worth a stop at least once while you are in area
We came here for lunch after Port Discovery. Our experience would have been better if our waitress wasn't torn in too many directions. She had entirely too many tables to give good service. My appetizer arrived before we even got our drinks. Our food was good but the kids' meals came out wrong and it took another half hour to get the right food. By then, the adults were finished eating. Thank God the manager came over to ask how everything was. He made things right by comping the kids' meals and a dessert. That's why four stars instead of less stars. It is handicapped accessible with ramps inside and out, and an elevator to get down to the bathrooms.
this brand knows how to maximize its strengths
The place is huge, perfectly decorated. The atmosphere is incredible. I was there when they sang two Happy Birthday and I thought it was in great detail. The food with very good presentation and also pleasant flavor. And the best news was that I thought it would be more expensive but it wasn't. The expense was average.
As an avid fan of both good food and rock music, I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Hard Rock Cafe in Baltimore. Nestled in the heart of the city, this iconic establishment exceeded my expectations in many ways.
First impressions matter, and Hard Rock Cafe Baltimore certainly knows how to make a statement. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're enveloped in an electric atmosphere. The walls are adorned with an impressive collection of rock memorabilia, including guitars, costumes, and autographed albums, showcasing the rich history of music. As a music enthusiast, I found myself lost in awe, wandering from display to display, soaking up the rock 'n' roll ambiance.
I highly recommend this place 😃
Great friendly customer service!! Drinks were great and nachos hit the spot. The restaurant manager even came over and talked to us to make sure everything was good.
Right on the canal!
Vegan friendly with the impossible burger.
Indoor and outdoor seating.
Gift shop.
Clean.
The only downside was that when my friends and I picked outdoor seating, we quickly regretted it as the sun beamed down on us. We asked if we could sit inside, and the miss behind the counter didn't seem thrilled to want to help and told me nothing was available. No offers to sit inside when something became available. Nothing. So, we sucked it up and ate outside.
It's hot outside, so I don't recommend eating out there when the sun is blistering down on ya. We were pretty wet after we left. 😅
But, the positive is that there's often free entertainment in the area. There's a small bridge right by the Cafe and there were religious arguments amongst a religious group and a drummer beating down on buckets. Pretty talented.
Also, I've been to about 15 Hard Rock Cafés around the world. This was my second least favorite in terms of vibe, personality, and service. Music is always good.
I would still come back, though. I love Hard Rock Cafés. I collect their drum sticks from the gift shop for my Dad. He's a professional drummer and a die-hard classic rock fan.
The sky tower is next to it, along with the aquarium. There are also boat rides. Good tourist attraction area.
Stopped in here for some drinks and a quick bite and had a great experience! The bartenders here are above and beyond amazing! They and super friendly, and very fast in getting drinks out! I ended up ordering some food and it was equally as good! The atmosphere is super cool too, a never ending mixture of hit songs playing!
Our server was really nice. Even though we came in an hour before closing, he didn't rush us. Awesome customer service Sven. (Hope I spelled his name right)
First time ever going to a hard rock cafe! I really enjoyed my experience looking at all of what is around in the restaurant. Our server was Brian he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and such great customer service. I was pleasantly satisfied with our experience. We ordered a burger and the spicy shrimp. I really hope to come back to the location again. Glad that we stopped by here.
We went for my husband's 50th birthday and everything was great. We had an awesome server she was friendly and we enjoyed conversation with her she was timely with our food and when our sliders came out not well done they comped them corrected it and gave them to us on the house. The manager came over and talked to us with apologies we told him things happen and we appreciated his quick response and fixing our bill. We had great time. So many pics and great memories to add to our trip.
Good burger, and a fun atmosphere. We had a long wait but our server was very attentive. It's worth a visit if you haven't been.
First time going, food was delicious and drinks on point. Our server was polite, attentive and friendly, definitely will visit again.
This place has exception service and staff. I came here with my Mom and sister to check out the aquarium and ended up begging to come here LOL the food was great, the views from the outdoor seating was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. Such the cool spot to bust a grub and look at all the memoriablia they have.
