We have eaten here often and find the food to be reliably good! The menu changes often to meet the seasonal needs. We always feel welcomed by the owner Cecelia and staff. There is always a good wine to go with our dinner and often delicious homemade rolls. The patio is lovely out back in warm months. (It is fine dining except that they leave a TV going in the front bar area which brings the atmosphere down we think. Ask for a room in the back.) A great addition to Federal Hill!
Went there for my husband's birthday brunch and loved everything about it. We ate on the patio and felt transported to a quiet bungalow for two on a tropical island in the middle of Baltimore as we were surrounded by quiet, bamboo trees, and rose bushes. For brunch we enjoyed a pitcher of sangria, mussels, and crab cake benedicts. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! What a great kept secret an oasis in federal hill
I had my best friend's bridal shower at Liv2Eat back in the fall and everything was FANTASTIC. We rented out the front room for a Sunday brunch. The space was perfect for about 20 people and the food was delicious. Cecilia was very easy to work with throughout the process and I would recommend Liv2Eat in a heartbeat!
This place is fantastic with great home made dishes (all scratch) and amazing staff. It is quite a perfect place to have a date or to sit at the small bar and enjoy a great drink (from an always varying drink menu). Rustic and a hidden gem on the southern end of Light Steet. This place is a must for foodies!
This restaurant was nice. Quaint decor. Was two row homes now into one. Food is a little pricey though. In the heart of federal hill so parking still sux. Our waiter was patient and cool.
My gf and i had a burger and a crabcake. Server was excellent. Burger was amazing. Crabcake has no filler, so it's extremely small. Don't expect to get full from it. Saurkraut was delicious. Nice atmosphere as well. I will be going back.
What an incredible find in Baltimore! A fantastic restaurant with a professional chef that buys and creates everything fresh. Delicious! I would try EVERYTHING on the menu if I could because Chef Kevin makes it all taste so good. And, if you would care for a glass of wine, they have an adorable little bar in the front. This wonderful new restaurant has hardwood floors throughout, an open kitchen to see Chef Kevin working, several areas for private seating and parties, in addition to a feng shui open garden area where you can dine by the moonlight. This restaurant gets 5 STARS! Try it! You will soon be coming back for more!
Chef Perry strives to bring great, real, homemade food, sourced as locally as possible, at very reasonable prices. Pasta and bread are house-made and he has prepared sausages and pâtés from the whole pigs. A true neighborhood gem.
For the price, this restaurant is hard to beat. My favorite in the Federal Hill area. Specials are always good. Gnocchi on Thursdays is always amazing.

Food is great, service is not. Seems understaffed even when it's only half full. Waiters and cooks constantly bring meals into the area and look at everybody and walk out. Food and atmosphere are great though.

The name originally put us off coming here, but they really are very delicious and have a great back patio.
