This is a nice brunch spot for a relaxing weekend. They have a nice variety of Mediterranean food and coffee. The art on the coffee is colorful. I am not a fan of salads but the salad here is really good and makes me want to come back and eat again. I definitely recommend this place.

Overall: 4.7/5 (to go) Very cute, clean, & spacious cafe. Fast service. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. What's not to love? Almond Croissant ($4): The almond croissant wasn't heated up but it was still good. It also had a bit of filling in it. The croissant wasn't very sweet and also is great to dip in your coffee. Pistachio Baklava ($2.95): Really good baklava with great flavors and plenty of pistachio bits. One of the best ones I've had! Regular Chai Latte With Oat Milk ($4.95) and Biscotti Syrup ($0.95): The cashier girl was really sweet and was indulging me with experimental flavors for my latte. She recommended the chai latte since it was cold outside so the spices would warm me up. I don't usually go for chai lattes since every time I've gotten it, the spices were too much so I wanted to add a syrup to it. She gave me a few options that could go with the chai and I chose the biscotti one. She was also the one who made my drink and it came out really well. My husband who doesn't drink coffee loved my drink and drank half of it!!! Usually he only takes a sip to try so this was huge. I liked it as well but thought it was a tad too sweet for me.

Cute cafe with amazing falafel and ambience. Plus a ton of beverages. Elevated casual and fine for sit down or take out. Only recommendation would be to get some different condiments too. ❤️

The food was delicious. The chicken 🐔 shawarma bowl with rice, salad, hummus with the pita chips and iced matcha tea latte... Yuuummm...I recommend to try the hummus with the pita chips...they were so good...I finish it all. I'm looking forward to have lunch at Cafe Fili next time I'm at Baltimore.

Bright, lively cafe in mount Vernon art district. Has great food and cafe drinks. There are high tables along the window with outlets for people to study at. There is ample street parking just all around the corner from Washington monument square.

This is me and my husband's absolute favorite lunch spot, I think we go just about every week! All of the food is SO FRESH and delicious. We love the Chicken Shawarma and Lamb Shawarma bowl as well as the Chicken Pomodoro Sandwich. The pita bread/chips are so perfectly soft or crunchy depending on your preference. But what I love most is their coffee! I love the oat milk iced latte while my husband prefers the hot biscotti latte — there are lots of interesting flavor syrup options. The staff are always so happy and really helpful if you have any questions. I love that they allow laptops but are also mindful of time limits so there are always plenty of places to sit, but even if I just order to go, the food is just as good.

This cafe was nearby our hotel so we decided to check it out and it did NOT disappoint! We were here for about 4 days and have come here 3 times within our stay because the service and food is incredible. Food comes out in literally 10 minutes max, regardless of how busy it is, and it’s hot and fresh. They also do latte art which we were very excited about and it was absolutely lovely. The cafe is very very clean and the staff is so warm and welcoming. Prices are also awesome. Thank you for being amazing! Happy to know that they have another location in DC so we can always swing by for some good eats!

Great spot for a cafe environment to get some work done and enjoy a well made coffee and incredible walnut baklava. The restaurant week lunch special was the perfect combo to try their hummus!

This is one of my favorite spots in Mount Vernon. Breakfast and lunch are both excellent! The egg and cheese panini is light and delicious and the coffee is always great. Cozy and casual atmosphere.

Cafe Fili is one of my favorite spots here in Baltimore. The food is consistently delicious (you absolutely must try the gaspatcho when it's around), the service is always friendly and hospitable, and the atmosphere is bright and cozy. I love the breakfast scrambles, and the brownies are incredible. I get coffee here almost daily, and the orange mocha latte is my favorite! If you're in the mood for good Mediterranean cuisine, Fili should be your first stop. And if you're looking for a place to grab a pastry and get some work done, there are plenty of window seats with outlets. I recently moved nearby Fili and expect to spend many more hours here with my friends. Definitely check it out!

Fantastic food and excellent service. I mistakenly ordered a sandwich, assuming it was vegan and not vegetarian. The sandwich had goat cheese, and I'm not too fond of goat cheese. But the staff and manager were so nice that they replaced it with a vegan falafel wrap for me. Also, I love their coffee and it's a cute cafe to relax and study.

Fili is one of those hidden gems that you have to put on your list for a go to café in Baltimore. The Paninis and breakfast scramble are delicious - and well priced. The chips are addictive and the tomato basil soup is always on my order. Great people. Good vibe. Beautiful presentation of pastries. Now you can forgo Starbucks and mediocre coffee shops. You’re welcome for reading this and helping you make the right decision.

For a Mediterranean place, their greek salad wasn't super good so im giving them 4 stars. The baklavas were very good though! Very nice interior and great choicws for drinks. Servers were very nice and polite 🙂 outdoor seating is a plus!

The food was absolutely delicious. I am unfamiliar with ordering Mediterranean cuisine, so I did have to take a moment to understand my options. Everyone was very happy with their choices and we all left with a full & happy belly!

Run, do not walk, to Cafe Fili. The ambience is clean and authentic, the service is impeccable, and most importantly the food is out of this world. I highly recommend you try the tomato basil soup!
