A comfy, intimate little shop, and I love the designs and pictures that give it a bit of unique Baltimore flavor. A nice place to escape the storm.
Had to get a quick bite during my meal break. The chicken pot pie soup has changed but it wasn't too bad. The turkey wrap was filling. I'll be back again.
I have been coming to this location since it opened (It was the only spot I could still get a Chocolate Malt.) When the wifi in my building went down, EVERY staff member & manager, bent over backwards to ensure my comfort & satisfaction.

My sandwich was smaller than I expected but it was good.
The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful as I deliberated between various available options. Their enthusiasm as they prepared the food was very exciting as well. When you hear, "oh my gosh, the bread is so soft and fresh today". It only makes me want my sandwich even more
Sandwich was great! Milkshake, even better! Great Chili too! Service was "Meh." But it's a sandwich shop, not a real restaurant, so it was a decent visit. I've had WAY better service at other Potbelly's though. Just felt like she was mailing it in.

I got an Italian cold cut and it was pretty good. The store was very clean and the staff were pleasant.
The food is good and service friendly. The sandwiches are reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. On Sundays, there's plenty of places to sit and quiet enough to hold a conversation. I've been back several times, and suspect will be back again.
What's not to love? Not only do they have great food, it's also possible to eat in a healthful manner. Fast service and competitive prices. Also, they accommodate vegetarians by not adding meats to salads and then they reduce the prices. Nice!
