Honestly, 5 stars isn’t enough. The food was outstanding and authentic. The yuca bites and the jackfruit flatbread were my favorite. I’m not a huge drinker but if you are they have some great options for that. Everyone at my table raved about the drinks. I love that they have different seating areas depending on what vibe you’re going for that day. Their ordering system it my favorite as it allows you time to really look at the menu without having to wait for a server to come once you’ve made your decision. I can’t believe I’ve lived in Baltimore this long and never been!
I have now been to Old Major twice to for comedy shows and food. The atmosphere is cool and laid back with a large variety of bar offerings. The owners and staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. My group tried many of the menu items and enjoyed them all. Love the yucca bites! Check out this funky spot-you won't be disappointed!
I came here for a comedy show and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff was very friendly, my cocktail was perfect, and I loved their tater tots. This is a very cool neighborhood bar and I really got that community vibe while I was there. I'll definitely be coming back again.
It was my 1st time checking out this spot for a comedy show. The staff is really friendly & the food is delicious (I had a spicy mango shrimp curry with brown rice). The only downer is that It's card-only which sucks If you're used to paying in cash & their signature drinks could use some work (I had something called a side chick which had hot sauce in it 🤢)
This place is a gem, and we must support and protect at all cost! The owners are awesome ladies, the vibe is immaculate, and the food is great.
What a hidden little gem in the middle of Pig Town, Baltimore! Really didn’t expect to walk into this joint but so glad I did. Cocktail game is 100% crafty and they have weekly events that pack the place up! Management is on top of every detail and it shows. The honey old bay wings were fantastical 🔥🔥🔥 Anticipating my next visit 🙂
Was there on Friday night and had a great time doing karaoke :) Only downside that you need to download an app in order to put in a song, but you can bypass this if you make friends with someone who has the app haha
Delightful and honest owners and staff. Fantastic cocktails and food. Lots of alcohol-free beers and mocktails to choose from as well. Unique and interesting events held regularly. There is a reason we come to this neighborhood-focused venue every single week. It's perfect.
Just enjoyed an open mic poetry night at Old Major. Really liked how Josie made everyone feel comfortable sharing their poems, whether they were self written or by a famous author. It was a great evening of creativity!
Kansas and Yole were both welcoming and acoomedating. Great selection, warm on a cold night, and the food smelled delicious (only had a few brews).
My husband and I are visiting from out of town and decided to check out this spot. So glad we did!!! The drinks were amazing! I love the layout of the bar and the staff was so friendly. The bartender was super attentive and the owner made sure that we were well taken care of. We will definitely check this place out again the next time we are in the area!

Great beer list hands down the best bar in Pig Town. The owner is very open to her guests suggestions and definitely very approachable. The bartenders are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great place to watch sports or play a game of pool. Love this place.

I had a small work event catered and the food was SO good, there was a delicious variety of vegetarian options without loosing good meat options as well, there was a TON of food for the price, and the service was spot on! Highly recommend
The food is so good! Great vegan options. I highly recommend all of them, particularly the chickpeas and eggplant dishes. Everything is well seasoned and spiced!
This is a great little up and coming place in Baltimore. The food is great and the beer selection is top notch. I really enjoy the place. It should be noted they do not accept cash so make sure you bring a card.
Really nice spot, there's space behind the bar for pool, board games, etc. Chatted with the owner and couldn't be more impressed, the bartender was very friendly as well. Parking is adequate also. All in all, a great establishment and I'll definitely be back
