Edit: After I had made my negative review something changed. I have never had any issues with this McDonald’s in the past two months I always get a fresh vintage McDonald’s experience. This McDonald’s also appeared to have hired a new staff everyone is nice and friendly and people are doing their job for this I give this McDonald’s a five star a huge improvement from a one.Keep up the good work!
I still have trouble with the kiosk. It says take a number and a sign says pick up all orders at the counter. Food was good, fries were hot.

I get an order wrong at this McDonald's at least 50% of the time. I do not order anything special, at all. Staff at the window taking the money very rude..... Second window got a small bag after I ordered a huge 3 person meal.. The lady argued with me saying, " this is your meal." I said no it is not mine bigger she said everything's in the bag ma'am.... I said the only thing in there are is 2 sandwiches and a hash brown, opened the bag as she went thru it with her bare hands. Still tried to tell me it was mine. Finally, she handed me a bag that ended up being a partial order to someone else's.
She then took both bags that were not my order, back through the window. Finally got my order on the third try. Of course, I get home and I'm missing 2 out of 3 fries and my drink is wrong. I also have an extra sandwich, that's not even mine.
Taking food back through the window is disgusting. Pretty sure I watched her hand it back to the person behind me, as I looked back, pulling away.....the same crumpled up bag I had.....I Don't go there anymore, it's a shame when this McDonald's is right next door to my house..... I have heard it called, The Potluck McDonald's, or the Grab Bag McDonald's, now I understand why, because you never know what you're gonna get.
They usually mess something up unfortunately... the older white woman who works there is very efficient and just friendly enough :)

The fries were PIPPING HOT! Pipping hot, people! When is the last time you had a perfect McDonald's experience???
Friendly staff, super-duper clean (I could smell the disinfectant in the air).this store is actually CLEAN!

I got 2 milk shakes. Services through the drive thru was great very clear and well spoken...was very patient with me because I was sure what I want at 61 yrs of age you need that...
Messed up my order and seemed inconvenient for them to fix it but they did in a timely manner
The fast food lines has vastly improved when using the drive through

So I‘ve been back a few times since this location has been remodeled, usually lunch or early dinner time and it’s had a notable step up in terms of just about everything. Super helpful staff, foods been good. Can’t speak to early morning or late night crews but during the day it’s been a solid option,
I’m not one to typically write bad reviews, but this McDonald’s never manages to get the drive through orders right. It’s always missing something. The food is fine, but just go in to order.
