Came for breakfast and it was pretty good! Service was quick and meals were feeling. My friend ordered the lobster Benedict and she did mention the lobster seemed a bit “chewy” compared to other restaurants see had been to during our Maine trip. Blueberry pancakes were fantastic. Great tea choices. The bacon was VERY overcooked, almost too hard to bite into. More of a bar feel than a diner or breakfast spot but we had a nice view outside. I would come back if in the area.

Outstanding food. My shrimp tacos were a work of art and absolutely delicious! My family and friends enjoyed the lobster rolls, and even the chicken sandwich got high reviews. The beer, after a long morning walking around, and the great service, quickly seating a group of 7 was tops. Highly recommend Testa's Bar and Grill.

The food was really good. We ordered a plate of pastries for the table-cinnamon donut...not a cinnamon roll, a blue berry donut and blueberry muffin. And chocolate chip pancakes, blueberry French toast, and an egg muffin. The blue berry French toast was a little over spiced, and overall miss, it was supposed to be stuffed but it wasn't stuffed at all. The eggs muffin was everything you'd expect and the potatoes were amazing. The chocolate chip pancakes were really good. It was really chilly in the restaurant. I expect a sense of cozy when I'm out to eat, but the doors were wide open and it was 50 outside.

I can not say this enough - DELICIOUS FOOD!!! Highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese (don't forget to add bacon!) and the shrimp tacos. The lobster mac and cheese was fantastic, and they packed that dish FULL of lobster meat!!! It was worth every penny. Definitely did not skimp out on the drinks, and left feeling full & satisfied. Super nice waitstaff and food came out quickly! Next time we are in the state... WE WILL BE BACK!

Everything, from food to service to general ambience, is great. Best dinner experience so far on our Bar Harbor trip. My husband had ribeye while I had seafood Alfredo—both entrees are well presented and taste great. The beer flight is slight overpriced——it would be better if the sampling glass is slightly bigger, but overall it’s still good, giving us the chance to taste four local beers. Our server is friendly and efficient. As I said, everything is just perfect!

They took a walk in party of 7 on a Friday night with no issues. Patrick, our server, was super busy but showed just the right amount of attentiveness. The haddock with blueberry-pineapple salsa was great, very light and fresh. I was also thrilled with the rosemary potatoes!

This was our first stop in Bar Harbor, and it was a wonderful experience. Very nice atmosphere for a date night, and the staff were very welcoming. We got an order of fish tacos and an order of lobster tacos. Both were super fresh and tasty. They came as 2 in an order, which was perfect since there were 2 of us. The prices were reasonable and the food was worth every penny.

I really enjoyed this place. My party is 4 didn't have reservations and were walking around trying to find a place for dinner. Luckily Testas had open seating. Fairly large inside. We had the shrimp for the appetizer. Wow they had this amazing blueberry sauce that was just the perfect balance between heat and sweet. Table couldn't get enough. Pictured are the fish tacos and the lobster roll. Very good. Definitely recommend this place.

Enjoyed an excellent meal at Testas! I started with a grilled shrimp, spinach and kale caeser salad..my entrée was the blackened haddock tacos..both were exceptionally prepared and aesthetically pleasing! Also got a Bar Harbor blueberry wheat ale..which was very tasty!! My seat was on the second floor, overlooking Frenchmans Bay..my server was very personable and attentive! Overall, it was a fine dining experience..would definitely return next year!!

Coconut Shrimp and blueberry sweet chili sauce, lobster tacos and hot lobster roll. Very good. Zhenia was awesome. The blueberry sauce should be bottled for purchase. Here while in Port for the day.

Went here for lunch and it was super good!! They are family friendly and pet friendly. Cassidy was our server and she was fantastic, really personable and very friendly. Then the food, it was amazing. We had the lobster tacos, capt colie, a cheeseburger and a hamburger. All amazing, the salsa on the lobster tacos was delicious, super on point. The Capt colie lobster roll was delicious, the coleslaw added a nice twang. The boys both loved.thwir burgers and the french fries are worth the $3 upcharge. Desert was an amazing slice of blueberry pie, that was to die for, and a blueberry creme brulee, that was equally delicious. Let me add to this that we were traveling with our small dog and they have a dog menu, she enjoyed the shredded chicken and tap water. Would absolutely go again!

My husband Joe, our doggie Maisie and I traveled north with our teardrop camper. We went to Acadia National park and drove to the top of Cadillac Summit (beautiful) then we went into Bar Harbor. We heard that it was a pet friendly town. We were hungry for breakfast so I searched on my phone and found Testa’s - it said pet friendly. It was just one block away. The three of us headed to Testa’s. The hostess asked how many and I said 2 people and one dog 😍 She asked if we wanted to sit inside or on the covered second floor deck. It was so nice out we decided on the deck. The hostess handed us Two menus and a special doggie menu. Maisie was so excited. The waitress brought out 2 glasses of water and a bowl of water for Maisie. The waitress was amazing and the food was delicious. If you want to eat with your furry friends (or not) Testa’s is the place to go ❣️

Excellent service and nice view by the window. Taste of Maine comes with a whole lobster, clams and mussels. Coconut shrimp was the best thing with the blueberry sauce.

I think I waddled out of the restaurant I ate so well! I started with their homemade tomato basil soup (very good), moved onto their shrimp tacos (two tacos with A LOT of shrimp), and finished with their blueberry crème brûlée (so good). I was not disappointed with anything I had there. Would highly recommend!

Great place, great food, great service. We went twice for dinner because it was so good. They made the best chicken alfredo I ever had with homemade sauce. Fresh ingredients, great flavor. It wasn't in the menu, but they were willing to modify the menu for me because I don't eat seafood. My husband had the seafood alfredo and he loved it. Great flavorful seafood portion with shrimps, lobster and scallops in a rich and creamy sauce. The second night he had the halibut in almondine sauce and he said it was terrific. The service was over the top and they were very attentive to details. The blueberry lemonade was my favorite in town. It is a must try. I totally recommend this restaurant.

One of the cheapest lobster dinners in town, and a great choice. I got the lobster dinner and loved it. The tail is already cracked when served, but disassembling the rest was a blast. All the seafood was great. However, some other members of my family did not like their meals which included tomato basil soup and a salad. Overall, good service, food, and atmosphere.

The bar has been set for medium rare rib eyes. Absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection. Melted in my mouth along with the potato’s. The lobster Mac and cheese is also amazing. Great and friendly staff. Nice environment.

Simple but fantastic lunch, the blackened haddock sandwich was a perfect portion and delicious. Even fries and chips were good with it. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our seating requests.

Very good food, not much room for improvement. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and it was very fresh. The fish tacos were very good and fairly priced. A little dark but good atmosphere. I’d go back when i’m in the area.
