We were looking for a fun place to eat and found this on a side street. What a great place! The food was so delicious. If you like onion rings, you have to get some. These are the best we have ever had. I couldn't stop eating them. The lobster roll was delicious. I never ate the fries because I was eating the onion rings, lol. My husband had the surf and turf. It was a lot of food. Our server was so nice. All the staff here was super nice. All the memorabilia on the walls and throughout the restaurant was fun to see. They have an upstairs area, but my husband can't climb stairs with his brace, so we day in the lower level. You have to check this place out when you are in Bar Harbor.

Overall, unique interior design with great food. Only con - too cold with all the fans, so bring a jacket! 1. Blueberry float - my partner really enjoyed it. I didn’t like how they created so much foam with how they poured in the soda 2. Lobster Mac & Cheese - baked but still creamy! Fair amount of lobster in there to actually have lobster in the dish name. 3. Lobster Roll with Clam Chowder & Fries - great presentation. Requested the roll to be warm—loved the bun of the lobster roll. The clam chowder was excellent. Can taste the clam - was not a bland white cream soup. With so many places to dine at in Bar Harbor, I would recommend this place as one of the restaurants to visit for solid food and a unique experience.

This place is an absolutely must! You wouldn’t expect to find this hidden gem in Maine! The decor is impressive! Food comes in large portions and very tasty! The Mac and cheese was a classic! The nachos with pulled pork was very good as well and the portion was huge! Loved it! 💯 recommended!

Erin was a nice server. Honestly wasn't attentive at all. I think she was overly busy. The lobster bisque is wear its at!! 🔥 The lobster Mac and cheese was okay. Not obey fond of it. Round it at with the 66 corvette drink. Delicious. Basically a cosmo! So much to look at while your waiting!

The atmosphere is main point with the walls and every corner covered with vintage objects and old toys, road signs and random objects. The restaurant is like an antique museum where you can have nice American food.

We stumbled upon this place walking by, and boy did we score! From the unique entrance, to the eclectic interior, it was pure fun. Our server was Heather and she gave me an excellent local beer suggestion. It was rhe Bar Harbor blueberry ale and it was fabulous. The blueberry wasn't overpowering and it was very smooth. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to discover that you could order any style burger with a Beyond Burger patty instead of beef. I had the patty melt and it was amazing! We ordered the fried pickles and onion rings as an appetizer. The onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. And they weren't greasy, which was a plus. My friends ordered the Cobb salad which looked very tasty and fresh. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent food and service. I definitely recommend it!

This is a real find--so good that, after a great lunch, we came back the next night for dinner. The building itself is a treasure--new but fitted with windows and benches salvaged from a churck, plus a terrific selection of memorabilia. Kids would love it here. The food was great--best lobster roll of our 10-day Down East trip, partly because of the option to have it warm with just butter. OMG! Great service too.

Great food and really friendly service! (Thanks Emily for being so happy and friendly 😁 It’s clear you love your work!) I got the “Dead-End Burger”. I’ve never had coleslaw on a burger before, but it was tasty- definitely worth the price ($21). Service was quick, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. Fun place to check out!

We came here with the kids after a hike in Acadia. My mom got the shore dinner, my son got the Mac and cheese, we all got the calm chowder or lobster bisque. Everyone really enjoyed the calm chowder. Some said it was the best thing here.

We ordered homestyle Mac and cheese, sea food alfredo, garden salad, grilled salmon and chef fish of the day( swordfish). Everything was very delicious except the swordfish dish, because it was very salty. I put in the salad but it was still salty. Thank you

One of our favorite restaurants in Bar Harbor. Staff is super friendly and the food really exceeded our expectations.

Fried pickles were really good. Onion rings were meh. We got milkshakes and they were really good, homemade, thick milkshakes. For lunch we got burgers and chicken and waffles since we were getting seafood later. Everything was a little bland, lacking a lot of flavor in the burger and chicken. Prices were a little high, but the experience of being in the restaurant was cool. It’s not like anything tasted “bad” , so a 3 star isn’t warranted, but it was probably like a 3.8-4.1 if those review levels were offered.

Stopped here on the 4th of July. Attentive staff and super cool decor. Ordered cheese fries, a hot lobster roll, and lobster carbonara. Everything was great! Specialty cocktails seemed a bit small for the price, but we're from Wisconsin so it just might be because of that!

Food is okay, atmosphere and service is pretty good. Well priced too. Theit chowder was excellent, but lobster roll lacked flavor.

Amazing food! Popcorn shrimp melts in your mouth. The ribs were awesome (had those when we went the FIRST time). Grilled lobster and cheese was warm comfort food on a cool day.

It was a cool place to visit for the kids with all the stuff on the walls. The food was decent but it was packed and took awhile for them to seat us. I ordered a cocktail and it was too strong.

The restaurant is soo beautiful inside. I love it. The food is amazing also. Love the Cadillac Sundae, it was placed in a car shaped container and you can also bring the car back home. Will be back to try the other menu items.

If I could give it another star, I would. Probably one of the coolest restaurants I’ve stepped into in recent memory. Walking in the front door feels like you stepped through a Time Machine with all the amazing vintage items they’ve collected over the years. We had Emily as our waitress and from the moment we walked in she was nothing short of spectacular. Offered recommendations on her favorite food and even put me on to the Bar Harbor Blueberry Ale (try it, you’ll thank me later). She paid special attention to my son’s food as well (Severe Peanut & Tree Nut allergies) and even helped us find some local spots. Came up from Boston to find something different and boy did we.

This was wonderful! Three of us split the pulled pork nachos appetizer and the seafood pizza. It was more than enough food and it was delicious! It was a fun, inexpensive place to eat in bar harbor. There was a lot of car and pop culture memorabilia everywhere that was fun to look at.
