Cool place, mainly for its history and cute gifts at the entrance. The food was just okay. My husband enjoyed the country fried steak... potatoes are weird and super thick though. My friend and I got the pot roast.. definitely NOT recommended. It was really dry and the cut potatoes tasted really wei
Enjoyed this historical tavern. The fried Catfish we ordered was quite tasty with good seasoning. The homemade chips also really good. And of course our Bourbon mixed drinks delicious. The waitress was excellent and very informative about the history of this tavern. We were able to roam around and l
Nice dining in a very historic setting. Our server was spot on and very attentive, we had no need of want for anything. The appetizers were good, we had the stuffed mushrooms, garlic cheese biscuits and the beer cheese. The beer cheese comes with pretzel chips. I believe we had 5 whole ones, the r
