I called in an order on a busy Friday morning for 30 donuts for Saturday for my son's second birthday party. The order was misplaced and when I came in at 10:45 (15 min before closing) on Saturday for my order nobody knew what I was talking about. After a minute one of the employees mentioned hearing about the order and that it never got put where it was supposed to be. Immediately she found 3 dozen donuts that were similar to my order and GAVE them to me for all the confusion and trouble. They worked perfectly for our dinosaur mountain and they were delicious of course. I always knew they were the best donuts in town but now I will be a lifetime Sal's customer because of the service!
I ordered Happy Birthday donuts and 4 dozen mini donuts for my daughter's donut-themed birthday party in December. The donuts I received were beautiful and exactly as I ordered them, plus they tasted fantastic!

Thank you to whoever helped my husband and son today! I had asked for a specific donut, and even though there were none made, the person took time to add the toppings I had requested to two plain donuts. It was a simple gesture that showed me Sal's really cares about their customers!
