FYI...Sonic rocks. I ordered a drink and realized I had missplaced/lost my billfold. I immediately pushed the button again and told them so. He told me it was o k and that I could pay for it next time. I was totally frazzled and really appreciated it. This was at the west Bartlesville location. Thanks Sonic!!
My job... I love it yes sometimes I get upset but there is no where Eleanor I would rather work in the scorching heat or freezing cold!! And I feel like our crew is very good.. we try our hardest..
The last couple of times I have attempted to dine at this Sonic they have had most of their stalls blocked off. The last time I went, more than half of the stalls were blocked off and the ones that were available weren't functioning, the same as my previous visit. After driving in circles and attempting two boxes, I went to the other one.
I gave them 4 stars and not less, because I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. When I can order here everything is fine. I just think the store is older and they're short-handed, on top of being very busy.
We showed up at 11:45 pm 4/30/22 before they closed at midnight and our carhop was so polite and apologized for the wait because they had to cook it fresh. No problem there! We didn't even wait over 10 minutes. I appreciate that they didn't treat us like we were a problem but like a good customer. Thank you!
Long queue but the ice cream was worth it. Staff were lovely and came round offering menus and iced water while you waited. Great quality and great choice of flavours.
