Worst place ever. this one star out of 5 is considered good.
I normally do not review like this becasue I do not want to hurt another business but this is enough. I live near this TB and have had an issue over 6 times. Today I ordered food and this happened ALL IN ONE VISIT
Wrong item was give
some items were forgotten
Beef was added instead of beans (told them no beef and she confirmed & at the end of the order I said "make sure no meat on the entire order"
Phone number was not working on google so I had to go drive back to get the food changed.
Please I would advise customers to drive an extra 3 miles to the nearest TB rather than go here. Also, I would advise food delegates to come and inspect this place.

On the website it states that drive thru is closed but its open. I drove up and the lady said there was no supreme tacos or frozen drinks. So I opted for something else.

We ate our hard tacos 5 min after ordering and they split in half. Messy messy. Looks like they have been made ahead of time for far too long. I've had KFC from there before no complains on the KFC side. However covid is over and their lobby is still closed. You can't eat inside.

This place is comically slow and rarely gets an order right. How about you raise what you pay your employees along with the prices you’ve already raised so you can competently run the restaurant?

This place likes to change between KFC or Taco Bell highlighted on Google Maps so people dont see the god awful reviews.
This place is never open when they say they are, they're garbage and management is terrible! I wouldn't be surprised if people are spitting in the food either lmao

Last Sunday I took my grandkids to this location and the tacos weren't wrapped and the food was semi cold. The customer service person kept talking over me and wasn't waiting fir me to speak!
Just today, I was there ordered the veggie burrito Supreme and I received the burrito bean Supreme???
What the Heck!!!!! Not happy

Went here over a year ago and they messed up my order. I thought it was just an honest mistake but I did not go back. Went here today because all other Taco Bell’s were closed and to my surprise the drive thru worker messed up every single item in my order. He even gave me hot sauce when I specifically told him I want only fire sauce. What a joke.

I mean, what can I say...Taco Bell is it's own thing at this point. It's not really Mexican, it's not really Tex-Mex, it's a beautifully inexpensive silver lining to the difficult history between Mexico & Estados Unidos.
I love many Mexican people, they are the hardest workers on this planet in my opinion. I have a lot of respect for them and they are a critical piece of the backbone of this country.
I was born here, and I'm mostly Irish I think (never checked) and those guys were...well, just saying it was a different time a few hundred years ago when this beautiful country was forming.
***Almost forgot, this specific location is A+++, I've always had great service and this part of the Greater Chicago area has some of the absolute best people in this country living there. I love and respect ANY immigrant, and their pursuit of happiness.
