We've been coming by here once a while for years now, the food has only gotten better. The Pho has a good soup base and the portions are decent. Take out is also very good on portions. The restaurant itself is usually clean and the staff is quick, food also arrives in good time. It's not horribly crowded but there are always people, seats are not crammed together however the restaurant itself is really stuffy sometimes. I wish they had more of a traditional Vietnamese spring roll, and they gave only enough lettuce to wrap 2 of the pieces. The flavors were great though.

Everything was great! If you will eat here, dont forget to order their appetizer: their fried veggies roll (#1). Thai Tea was ok, but their coffee was soooo delicious. The sweetness from the milk is perfect, not over sweet at all. And the coffee was so rich too (#50) must try! :)
I had the special noodles, everything is just perfect in my bowl:)

I was so pleasantly surprised by the place and food. We came here for dinner during our stay at Wolf lodge. We came back for a second time during lunch.
All of the food we ordered we’re amazing. The food came out quick and at the same time.
They can easily accommodate and custom any dishes for you or your kids.

First time here but impressed of how good the food is. We ordered chicken broken price and pho. The broth was tasty , the meat is well-marinated. Not to mention the portion is huge. Price is very reasonable, service was very fast as well. Recommended if you visit the area and happen to be Vietnamese and looking for good Viet food, this is the place!

We have pho a lot. Like A Lot. And I can honestly say this was stellar. The broth was perfect and not overly salty like a lot of places, and the meat was very good. The veggies were fresh and crunchy. Bun was also good, as were the fresh and fried rolls. We did wait a long time to be served, but they were slamming busy.

I had grilled chicken with vermicelli here with spring rolls. The chicken was done perfectly, was very tasty and the portion size was large. The vermicelli was done well but the fish oil sauce needed a bit more flavor. The spring rolls were not very crispy, and were a bit different from rolls I've had in the past, but we're still good. The staff was really friendly. I will probably go back, but will try something different next time.

I know showing a partially eaten plate of food may not be what you expected, but bear with me. I love that I would never stop at a place like this of Google Maps didn’t show it. It’s a sweet, family place, and the FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE! Service was amazingly prompt…barely finished a page in my book, and the cook slipped my plate right in front of me! Textures, temperatures, flavors, freshness: all spot-on. Definitely stopping here on my next trip to the Poconos!

The meats in this bowl are relatively dry compare to other pho restaurant I tried before, including the fatty brisket. The one I ordered is number 9 from the menu. If you want to try little of everything, number 8 will be a better preference. I personally think the meatball one should taste good, But I didn't try it.

Delicious pho! I can't wait to go back for more. The restaurant was crazy busy with a line when we arrived. A waitress took our order while we waited and once seated our food arrived within minutes. The broth is super flavorful, almost like a warm hug and the pictured photo is a "small" size. The Thai iced tea boba was also excellent.

Don’t walk, run to this authentic, delicious and comforting food for all seasons. We loved them so much we came back the next day as we needed something healthy and light yet every bit fulfilling. So happy this restaurant is here in the Poconos!! Pho broth is on point, Bun and broken rice with grilled pork chops are perfectly done.

Service was good. Food was delicious and plentiful. Prices a fair. Pho Saigon II is a good place. I was here about 4 years ago and it is still good. The soup is good.

I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. People say that the best things come in small packages. Except with soup, anyway, right? The Pho itself is so huge! The food portions are small, but they're super delicious and filling enough. Don't expect to stuff yourself here though. Food was served to us within 3 minutes of the order (I timed it) and you just can't help bit sit in awe at how fast that is. It takes longer for McDonalds to serve me a previously frozen burger for God's sakes. Service was super friendly too. :)

INCREDIBLE. Pho Tom was excellent. Fresh Spring Rolls with Pork and Shrimp were massive compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. Coconut Water was refreshing and not too sweet. Service was flawless. Dining room was modern and sterile (extremely clean). They use fresh and quality ingredients which shines through in their food. BEST pho that I've had in Pennsylvania!

It is a surprise to me to find a Pho Restaurant here. The spring rolls were tasty. Shrimp rolls were also cool appetizers. As to the “Phở đặc biệt", I ordered the large bowl! It was huge and sufficient to stuff the stomach. It's very tasty. Service was good and staffs were friendly... Why not five stars? It was a bit salty for all dishes. My taste is heavy. So, it's OK to me, but my wife complained a little bit! The soup can be a bit hotter when serves. That's my two cents...

Beautifully renovated, bright, clean and inviting shop that begs you come in and try their fares. We sampled the vegetarian eggrolls and tofu spring rolls. I was disappointed to find iceberg lettuce, which I consider an unsavory 'filler' but that's just me. The peanut sauce was awesome, love that stuff. And the tofu pho and meatball pho were also delicious.

My first time here was right before Covid (Nov 2019) and today ( Apr 2023) is my second time and everything is still so good, the quality stays the same. I am Vietnamese, a Hanoian to be specific, and I have to say every dish is generous and very delicous. Highly recommend: Cơm tấm sườn, bì, chả, trứng (the grilled pork chop one), Bánh mì bò nướng (Vietnamese sandwich with grilled beef) and Phở for sure.

The food here is delicious and is comparable to many of the Vietnamese places in Philadelphia. We got the pho dac biet (#8) and there was plenty of meat that was cooked very well. The portions are very large (the picture is a small bowl of pho). The Cha Gio (#1, spring roll) was also delicious. This was a great find in the Poconos!

I visit this establishment on a regular basis, to the point where the staff takes bets on what I will order when they see me walk in....the food is always fresh and delicious. It's a great healthy alternative to the fast food joints in the area.

The food was delicious and Pho Saigon would have gotten a 5 star rating from me if it wasn't for the iced Vietnamese coffee. It should have been called Vietnamese ice with coffee flavoring. It was all ice, but the little coffee for $3.75 was delicious. When this was mentioned to the waitress, the only response was a shrug.
We started with a pork and shrimp spring roll and a fried pork skins spring roll, both were top notch. Then dinners of Pho with rare steak and well done steak and a grilled beef rice vermicelli. Both were delicious and authentic. Both were large portions and the bill came to $33 which included the cup of ice. We will definitely be back, but I'll drink water next time!

So happy to have found a great Vietnamese restaurant in The Poconos! We always travel to Saigon Phô near Short Hills, NJ. Now, we don’t have to go so far, to enjoy good Phô! Our family also loves the Vietnamese coffee! Excellent service with friendly staff.

The food is great!! We're trying to work our way though the menu! Today was Pho with the grilled chicken and shredded pork egg roll and Thai tea. One of our favorite places with always enough left over to take home. Great service and have never felt rushed. Very clean and bright. Very fair pricing and fresh made food. Bring your appetite... you won't be disappointed

We've been here 5 or 6 times since August 2017; it's 35 miles from home, but we keep coming back. My family thinks that they have the best pho they've ever had, I think Vietnam Restaurant in Philly (75 miles away) has a slight edge, but SPII was my favorite until I went there. No bubble tea, not a problem for me and their hot and cold coffees are great. The #6 Summer Roll is outstanding and only $3.99 ($7 or more elsewhere and not as good)and I love their #8 BTT Pho "X-Large" for $11.95. Heading back there today after only 2 weeks, LOL.To those who have not enjoyed SPII as much as we do, sorry about that, but we'll keep coming back as long as the food is great and the prices remain low.

I think if I could give this place 6 stars, I would do it. Incredibly good food, we'll be back for sure. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. I am partial to the Fresh Spring rolls, and they did not disappoint. Go there for dinner.....HURRY!!!!!
