Review Red Lobster - Bartonsville

We had an amazing server / bartender. Connie C did an outstanding job. That was probably one of the best service we have had in a long time. Kept drinks full, asked us multiple times if needed anything, very patient and helpful. Food came out quickly and was delicious. The watermelon lemonade was good, even took one to go :). Great job. Definitely would ask for Connie again. The manager even overheard us say it was my daughter's birthday and brought her out cake, that was super nice and much appreciated.

This is an excellent Red Lobster location! The food is delicious. And the dessert, WOW! Our server Brett was extremely professional, attentive and nice. If you come to this location make sure ask for Brett! We will definitely be coming back here!

*UPDATE 12/09/2023 The service was very good and so was the food. It appears that there is a remarkable difference between what I experienced from various deliveries of food and what I receive when dining in. My daughter and I enjoyed the ambiance, the food and the service. I’m back on board! I ordered delivery. I ordered a House Side Salad and a Sesame-Soy ySalmon** Bowl. The salad had old lettuce that was orange like. I’m also not sure if the Brussel sprouts were suppose to be roasted or burnt. Paying $10 extra for delivery was not worth it.

I was in the mood for Red Lobster, so I stopped in. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and sat at the bar. Victoria was my server/bartender, and she was cool. She was the only one at the bar for the entire restaurant, so had to get her attention a couple of times, but she was nice. The bar was kind of uncomfortable, so I went over to the booth. I started with the pinot nior. For my meal, I really wanted the crab fest, so I got the sriracha honey snow crabs. When it came out, it looked delicious. I dug in, and it was luke warm, so I had to send it back to be warmed. It was pipping hot when it returned, and it was also good. The bill wasn't bad and had a decent experience.

This location was awesome! We were seated very quickly and our server was there within minutes to take our drink orders and returned a few minutes later to take our dinner orders. And food there was amazing as expected and the customer service was top-notch. Well enjoy the family atmosphere and our meal was delicious. Our server even brought us some extra garlic bread to take home. I was visiting The area on my vacation And found them online, they had great reviews and the pictures on Google maps showed me that the food looks really good. Highly recommend this location If you’re looking for delicious food and great service!

My wife and I had tasty salmon and good lobster tails. Unfortunately my daughter wanted tacos or crab ragoon - both are no longer on the menu. She settled for a steak and lobster tail- not a bad settle! We also had an order of stuffed mushrooms, a few drinks and a bottle of wine. Very good service.

Had fried calamari and seafood stuffed mushroom for appetizer, was good. Had coconut shrimp for lunch was good. My daughter ordered 2 items they were out of both at 1pm in the afternoon. Found that a bit puzzling.

Food was delicious as expected from Red Lobster. After being split on whether I wanted a pasta or one of the combos, I went with the Crab Linguini Alfredo alongside the Peach Smoothie and was very happy with my decision. The Alfredo sauce was very creamy with the crab being cooked to perfection. Biscuits were good as always with a wonderful buttery and crispy texture. Our server Brandon, was very nice and made our dining experience great, checking every now and then to bring more biscuits. While I do not have any pictures of the cake, I also ordered the Chocolate Wave cake to go and it was a perfect balance of being both fluffy and rich. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a not too expensive, seafood dining experience in the area.

Everything delicious and very good service

The food was chain food. Nothing spectacular. Good. The biscuits are always the best thing. The appetizers were more flavorful than the mains. The service was Exceptional. My waitress was one of the best waitresses I've ever had. Energetic, attentive but not intrusive. Anticipated our needs. Just really lovely. She should give a class on how service is done. If I was ever in the area again I would seek her out.

Had a nice meal - took a long time for the server to come to the table the first time but after that was on point! Food was tasty my lobster was a bit tough

The endless shrimp platter was great. They need more people to staff the bar. The New Orleans platter was also great with the sunset colada. I highly recommend going during the week. I don't like waiting when I'm hungry. Good atmosphere to meet people.

Came here on a Saturday night with three others during the virus pandemic and was on a waitlist for 15 minutes - not too bad especially when you see how seriously they’re taking this evidenced by the cleaning that takes place after a table leaves and the few amount of games tables they’re sitting. This was my first time at Red Lobster. While my seafood preferences only extend to an occasional fish dish, I had high expectations because of how popular the place is and I was open to try new things. In the end, I felt leaving a bit disappointed because of the expectations I had. I ordered the Lobster, Shrimp, and Salmon dish (lobster tail, snow crab legs, grilled jumbo shrimp skewer, salmon, fries, and baked potato) and it tasted pretty good, but not enough for me to either order again or be excited to go to another Red Lobster soon. I will say however, that the service we received was great, the quality of the food was really good, and of course, the Cheddar Bay Biscuits are to die for.

The new menu had plenty of fresh food and drink choices.
