I haven't had Chili's in a while, so I wanted to endulge. When I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked in and sat at the bar. Charise was my bartender, and she was good. I ordered the red wine and the salmon. When it came out the food was healthy and good. I enjoyed the wine as well! Had a good experience.
Charisse is an amazing server who’s verily fast-paced and attentive with making sure we enjoy our food, drinks and experience to the fullest even on busy days. It’s very rare establishments are able to fully meet customers expectations, because of my experience with her as a server I’ve been a regular ever since! If you are looking for tasty food and spectacular customer service, here is the place!
We were a party of eight. They were just about to close. They let us in and took care of us. The food was delicious 😋 from beginning to end

I will admit I might be a little biased cause I love Chili's to begin with but let me tell you about my previous experience. We were sat immediately, and our waitress was a 10/10 Rockstar. She had our drinks back and order in pronto. Now here is the "slip up", our food came out at the same time as our appetizer. My girlfriend and I are foodies and we have never cared about the order we eat food in. Our waitress, after seeing the meals before the food, got the manager for us (we didn't even ask, nor planned to) and we ended up getting a free desert! Our waitress was managing more tables then I could count and still went above and beyond service and even thanked us for being calm and fun customers. 10/10 will always go back for me.

Love their chicken crispers. The menu is weird for being Texmex food but it's decent. The fruit for the kids menu is all canned fruit. My son didn't like it. The prices are pretty high too for being a big chain restaurant.

We ordered 2 dinners online for pickup which went smoothly. The salad and chili were fine. The shrimp/chicken fajitas came with skimpy sauce and cheese amounts. They forgot to give us utensils etc so we had to beg some from our hotel.
Excellent hospitality. Managed by an outstanding team of great supervisors. Angelica is very fast and professional waitress. Definitely recommended. GOD BLESS!

Our first visit to this restuarant was quite favorable. The atmosphere was pleasant and our server was very helpful and friendly. The appetizer was delicious and brought to us quickly. There are multiple TV screens hanging at different areas throughout the restaurant with sports being shown. I always take note of the cleanliness in general areas, and found this location to be well maintained. The rest rooms were clean and even the outside grounds were tidy. There is ample parking, and access to the restuarant is easy. We found the pricing to be comparable to most of the places to dine in the area.
Kevin was my server he is wonderful! He was very polite, nice smile always offering if we need something. Next time I come would pick him again over and over. Excellent services!
My family had the best experience at our recent trip in. I have to say, the chicken crispers and waffle were SO DELICIOUS! I have found my new go to dinner for when we eat at Chili's and I'll tell you what, I'm so excited to go back and get them again!!!! Also, our server was AMAZING! I wish I could remember his name. He had such great energy and we felt like he truly cared about our time and if we were ok with everything. Great service and great food is always a win in my book!
Food was good and came out fast was appreciated after a long drive. Thomas and Sky were great.they provided great service and were very attentive.
