Quincy Jones was my carhop. His service was outstanding! He was super friendly and helpful! The food was great and hot. I am from out of state and his service was way better service then any of the locations i went to in my state.

David in the drive through is literally the best. Sonic was packed and him and another guy were the only ones working. He was so nice and respectful. He deserves a fat raise for the amazing service. Hand this man a manager title. Make him the 12” coney dog king. He deserves his own franchise.

As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I frequent this Sonic location a lot. The store manager, Quincy Jones, is super friendly and you can tell he takes pride in his store! Every time I visit, no matter which staff member assists me, I'm greeted with a smile and outstanding customer service. It's rare that I have any problems with my pick-ups, but if there is ever an issue, they are quick to make it right. They are also really appreciative of their delivery partners – they are always hooking me up with snacks and drinks for the road! You know your customer service is unparalleled when even the delivery guy feels valued. It's always a pleasure, Sonic! I'll see you again soon :)

The female manager here with the septum ring is amazing. She went above and beyond to fix a minor issue and I’m thoroughly impressed and will be returning due to her professionalism and kindness. This location does get busy, and wait times are often longer than other chain restaurants- but this is the only Sonic around and the associates here definitely do their best.

Quincy at the window was amazing. He paid for our order which wasn't much but it was still a very thoughtful gesture. Then he saw my daughter's Pokémon cards she was opening and chatted for a minute about how nostalgic it was to see them. Definitely a great employee.

I think their drive up screen was down when I was their but the girl that served us took my card so I can pay for my order. She even gave us a free soda for the inconvenience. Other than that we enjoyed the food.

24 hour drive thru!!!!! Conveniently located and visible off the road and right next to mall area for shopping. Restroom access for customers dining in or take out. Very clean location, tables and surrounding area was very clean and tidy. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only had to ask one question which was answered with a smile. Was a great stop to grab a bite to eat while on my way to visit family in town.

To see a Sonic is rare now a days. Made a quick stop since I was in the neighborhood for hotdogs. To my surprise, there were only 3 options. More burgers than hot dog options. Can't pass up a sonic dog.

Poor service. Pushed the button and waited 10 minutes with no answer. Then was told that the car hop was not in service and to go through the drive through. At that point we became the 9th car in line. Never will visit this location again.

The food was good (for fast food), but it took almost twenty minutes to be served (not so fast food, hahaha), and the order was wrong. We were supposed to get a chocolate Oreo concrete (they gave us vanilla instead), and our two orders of tots were replaced with mozzarella sticks (not really complaining- they were good- just not what we wanted). I would still definitely go back, but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

Won't eat here again. Not that busy long wait at an outside table ( the young lady serving was very cordial) but our food was cold. How do you serve a cold chili dog?

Waited 25 minutes for food. Did get a free milk shake after asking for one for the wait. That wait also had two cars in front of me drive off. This was the 4th time there and the 4th time waiting longer than 15 minutes. Drove off one of those times.

Took >5minutes to even take order-then another 13 minutes for food-CC machine broke-and 1/2 of food got thrown away! Copious amounts of condiments turned everything into mess! Second chance will Not be a third!!

I go to window to order and i am being today that the offer is only good between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. I said no there's no time on the text message so I'd like to order some mozzarella sticks and a strawberry shake she says something under her breath I don't know what she says then it sounds like she said pull around
So I get out of the drive-thru pull up into a spot and ask for a manager the manager then tells me that there may be a limit on the mozzarella sticks I said it doesn't say no limit on the text message
So now I'm waiting and the manager comes out and tells me that it's blank amount of money there's no compensation for the drive-through cashier that did not want to deal with me cuz in my opinion the tone she was giving me was that she is better than I am so I guess they'll be an email to corporate sometime today regarding the entire situation

Stopped in last night. Had to interrupt a fight in the kitchen to get our drinks and hot dog. It took 27 minutes to get 3 sodas and a hotdog.

Just watched a woman slip on ice, luckily she was ok but wanted to file an incident report because her knee hurt. The manager gave her a hard time and basically called her a liar because he said he put salt down. I witnessed the entire thing. Management here needs to be retrained or replaced. (The female employee that witnessed the accident was very nice)
