First time ordering food here and I’m disappointed. Ordered 2 pizzas to go and showed up 20 minutes later. Realized the pizzas had been sitting under a warming light for quite some time when I got back to the house. Not something I expected from an upscale restaurant

To go pick up area was a bit off putting. Walked into the server getting dressed for his shift? Seems like that’s also the locker/ storage area. Also did not know if I should go to the bar or find a server. Just a bit awkward.
