The staff I've dealt with have all been very friendly. The food at least looks like it does in the pictures. I'm not s huge fan of the food but I can't say anything bad about the service
Its been a while since ive been to JITB and boy was i surprised. Went through the drive through and service was great, food was fast and fresh and the burger, chicken sandwich fries and onion rings were REALLY good. Good job yall.

I was sitting for 40min till i went to the window.Guy had his headset on perfectly. I asked for 3 jr bacon cheeseburger and he gave me 1 and shorted me 4 dollars. He left and did not return out of patience i left. Since it was 1 a.m and the doors were locked.
I'm unbelievably disappointed in this jack in the box for the amount of food ordered and the amount of ranch that was received. What a sad little container of ranch for 2 orders of fries, order of jalapeño poppers and much more. I even asked for a few containers of ranch and this was it. Thanks so m
