Great food but it is pricey but we go once in a while, drive trough is always packed lol but overall I recommend it try the Xlarge Italian beef dipped with cheese and hot peppers with a chocolate cake shake its the best.
Went to this location on Sunday 04/24. HORRIBLE experience. The cashier didn't know to ring in orders and needed assistance, the people in front of me were waiting for remakes of issues with their salads. I had a very long wait for my Char-dog. And when it finally arrived, it was a regular hot dog.
This is the second day, two days in a row, having the chicken Caesar salad. I'm very disappointed with the romaine lettuce I got and I stopped picking the bad lettuce leaves, then dumped it. They're soggy, not fresh, and not going to order this again. I did not feel safe eating it at all.

I've been to Portillos well over 200 times in Chicagoland and MN. Only had two bad experiences at the Woodbury location.
Truly disappointing! The new owner has changed so many ingredients over a short period of time. Tonight ended our ordering from you all together. You changed your beef and the flavor. Yes you piled it on. But it was terrible! So sorry you have gone to the cheaper route for your ingredients. T
My camera battery ran out of power before I had a chance to take pictures of My Chocolate Cake and Coffee that I enjoyed here. I also really LOVE THE RIBS... When hungry and you want a meal, add a Side Salad and French Fries with a Ice Cold Drink. And the Cake... IS THE ICING ON THE CAKE...
