Each dish tasty, not greasy. Cornbread is good, not too dry. Sweet potato is not over sweet. “Bayou catfish” is on the spot.
The food was very good except the Mac.. Couldn't help but taste the out the box. That really might not but the case but it's what I tasted. The ribs were delicious the brisket was delicious (both very tender) and the potato salad was delicious as well. Definitely going back. I might give the mac ano
Visiting from out of town, I thought the high price was going to be indicative of the taste... it was okay. I had the oxtail plate and some extra sides. I would pay $12 max if I had to put my own price. I came out around $22.
Tried Bayou Cafe & Catering today. I ordered the oxtail plate with double collard greens. The oxtails and greens were very delicious! I would definitely recommend.

the food was horrible. i ordered ribs mac n cheese and yams. where should i start the ribs were freezer burnt plus over cooked the mac n cheese was burnt and tasted really weird. the yams were not sweet start out the can. i will never go here again the first and last time. then the lady had the nerv
Started coming here since April 2019, and I've always had a good meal here. They don't fry Shrimp and sometimes the fish till you place your order there or by phone for pickup. One of my favorite meals after church.
