They must be don't clean the grill I had black stuff in eggs and pancakes were soggy I want a refund

The crew member was unprofessional and told me I had to get the 6 piece tender meal when I wanted a 4 piece meal which didn't make sense to me at all

It's a place to get fast food prepared the proper method most of the time. The workers are friendly knowing their job. Satisfied with Jack in the Box being a repeat customer.

They gave me eggs and bacon from a sandwich instead of making it fresh. The biscuit wasn't great either.

I’ve enjoyed your breakfasts at other locations so we decided to try lunch. Two chicken ranch sandwiches were good but the onion rings were way over cooked. We figured that the problem was from our wait. We were the only ones in-line. We placed our order and proceeded to the checkout. WE WAITED 10 M
