Both mine and wife’s burgers from the drive thru were raw. We waited over 15 mins at the drive thru for our order only to drive home and see this. Waste of time and money.
I don’t even know how this happens! I had a leaf in my tea. I was going to overlook the fact that there was no ice. I’m so grossed out that I can’t even eat the rest. I guess that is what is to be expected from McDonald’s. Nine times out of 10 it is horrible customer service to top it off
Just completely awful , sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take the order. Pulled around to pay and pick up the order and was not greeted, the drive thru attendants were arguing and maybe that was the reason we sat for do long waiting to make an order the food was comple
I can honestly say I’ve never had a positive experience at this McDonald’s. From only giving you one burrito with a breakfast burrito meal to never having the ice cream machine working, this McDonald’s pretty much sucks. Most recently I went there and ordered a large drink. The person at the window
They're coming along. Drive thru is packed like a saints game. Now the lobby is open to the public. It had on Tuesday this week 12 people enjoying the A/C .. & Delicious Mickey's D Ice cream on a cone.
They messed my order up and then gave me a hard time about it. I usually give high ratings for fast-food so you know there was a legitimate problem here. Sorry McDonald's, you should have treated me better.
